Driftwood Cafe

Great vibe, hard parking, and the food was ok. Honestly I think the high ratings come from this being one of few places in the village to serve breakfast. We had a hard biscuit and flavorless french toast. The OJ was fresh squeezed and delicious. I think next time I will find a different breakfast place outside of the village.

If you are in Southlake Tahoe, do yourself a favor and stop at this cafe. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was absolutely delicious as you can see from the pictures. It's super convenient to get to and is right by all the shopping. Only drawback is that the space is a little small so expect a 10-15 minute wait but 100% worth it. To go options are available.

Wonderful customer service, amazing food, and tasty coffee! We were in a short time crunch and needed to grab something that would hold us over before our massage at Harrahs. I wish I knew the woman's name that took great care of my wife and I. She was just as excited about our time there in Tahoe and the massage! 😁

Seated quickly. Fast, friendly service. We ordered pretty standard breakfast. Eggs, potatoes, and bacon. All delicious. Our server, April, had a peppy personality and kept our coffee cups full. Would recommend.

Excellent food, excellent service. Was a bit busy due to holiday and quite appreciated for being open on Christmas day. We've been coming here for years and was never disappointed.

Staff friendliness was exceptional, as always.

Freaking Delicious! We all got something different and everything was perfect! We got the Driftwood with Cowder, The Hungry Hiker, French Toast, Breakfast Burrito, and the Steak and Egg! All great!

Great breakfast, good coffee and attentive and worm staff. Went there twice 🙂

The waitress(Paula)was very nice to us and she even put extra whip cream on my hot chocolate!!! Fantastic service!!
