I love the GF pumpkin muffin (I am not gf; it's just tasty). Their iced tea is really delightful. The scones are massive and good for sharing. Skip the bagels; they're kind of gross, and even cream cheese can't save them.

This coffee shop is one of the main reasons I come to Santa Barbara!☕️ The team is fantastic!

There's a reason why Handlebar Coffee Roasters does so well. I had never heard of it until I visited Santa Barbara for a short weekend getaway. To my surprise, the Kimpton also serves Handlebar Coffee in their lobby. That made my morning when I arrived downstairs from my room. Delicious coffee. Super smooth, just the way I like it.
Handlebar Coffee is very trendy and hip. I imagine that it would be a great place to grab a coffee and get some work done. Although it can be a bit loud and hectic at times. There's a decent amount of seating inside, and there are even more chairs and table outside between the buildings. This was a Friday afternoon, so they were actually very busy. There were about 6 people in line when I arrived, but it moved quickly along.

Great ambiance, and great coffee. I got cold brew which was delicious, and my wife got an iced americano which was also great! Fair prices, and their machine doesn’t automatically assume a 20%+ tip like others which I appreciated. Would be happy to come back!

This was a great find on our trip to Santa Barbara. My wife and I got decaf americanos and they were excellent. It was a little late in the day so the pastry selection wasn't great but we got a chocolate croissant in an almond croissant which were very good as well. there is seating inside and a nice little patio on the side. A very pleasant place that afternoon coffee.

I visited roughly 7 coffee shops in the area, and Handlebar has to be one of my favorites! The coffee was great and their avocado toast is super good! Gotta check them out when in Santa Barbara!

very nice and friendly but the matcha latte was one of the worst lattes ive ever had :(((((((( i’m sorry but paying $6 for green milk is a little silly :/ however 1 extra star for the kind cashier from torrance in the shirt that said empathy ! give him a raise :) <3

The place looks clean, and the staff is so lovely. They work so fast even when they have too many costumes. They have two separate areas, one outside and the other inside, and both of them nice. Their food is delicious, Especially cowboy cookies🍪.

Absolutely incredible two days in a row. 😊☀️☕️ As a coffee connoisseur I rarely give 5/5, but in this case I literally drove 6 hours out here to Santa Barbara to try out this coffee shop again after it impressed me so much a few years back. Happy to say,
Still phenomenal quality craft coffee and super kind staff years later!:) 😃👍🏽👍🏽

Staying in SB for the holiday and come here two mornings in a row - it’s awesome! Line out the door was the first good sign. Cafe is superbly clean for how busy it is. Coffee is delicious, pops on your tongue & leaves your mouth watering. Friendly staff, lots of dogs, yummy pastries. A little pricey but worth it for a quality experience. Wish I had a Handlebar at home!
