A great coffee, helpful staff and good products. I have had the cold brew here and really liked it, it wont get you as juiced as Dark Horse but it will adequately adjust your morning. We try to stop in every time we are in SD.

I came here today (September 18, my birthday!) with my good friend, Bill.

I had the vanilla cappuccino and avocado toast.

Both were great, although I'd have preferred hazelnut in my cappuccino.

That preference isn't enough to lower the rating.

Rodrigo was friendly, and had a strong handshake...which may not seem important. But it is.

As you can see from my photos, this place is cool. We got there right when they opened and it was packed. So obviously it was good right? Right. I waited maybe 10 minutes for all the drinks to be served (it must have been like 10 people ahead of me) and got mine. I got a latte drink with orange in it and it was delicious, it might have been the Raleigh drink. They played like hard-core music too. Very Cottage core vibes. Anyways if you're in the area, scope it out.

Coffee & Tea Collective have very knowledgeable baristas who accommodate your normal latte drinker all the way up to the snobby single origin pour-over dorks like myself. Considering all the other great coffee spots in SD, their roasts are dialed-in and add to the spectrum. Coffee aside, the space itself has a minimalist feel and is a perfect place to concentrate or relax. The neighborhood vibe is strong with this one.

They do amazing pour overs. Their pastries from Split Bakehouse are vegan and taste so good! Very glad that they have so many options and the baristas are very kind. I recommend getting one of the dipped croissants!

Tea and service were fine, though selection was limited. This is also not a good place to sit and work--way too small and too cramped. Atmosphere is very sterile. I would probably come back here if I was in the neighborhood and just wanted a drink, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come back since I prefer a homier atmosphere.

A favorite coffee shop! C&T has such a beautiful aesthetic going on. It can be difficult to find parking and they do have a small space, but it's almost never crowded and is a perfect spot for a coffee date!

I went to Coffee and Tea Collective for the first time on Saturday morning and I was impressed. The problem with some of these places is that the employees and baristas tend to have a condescending attitude towards newbies or "unseasoned" coffee drinkers. This was NOT the case at Coffee and Tea Collective. The service was great and everyone was friendly. Oh yeah, and the coffee was ridiculous. I will definitely be back.

Finally! A place where I can just be a coffee snob. I'm a huge pour-over fan and they have a set up right there ready to go. The flavors in their coffee are a little different with some spice and berry tones, but it's very bright and not too earthy, and totally delicious! I know I'm stopping for coffee any time I'm in this part of town.

I don't like to go to any other coffee shop. I go there to get a pour over and my bag of beans every month. The atmosphere fits right in with North Park (super hipster) and the baristas are highly knowledgeable about their craft.
