Amazing Cafe. The Avocado toast is amazing.

This place is the heart and soul of downtown! You can stop by any day and be greeted by the most incredible staff. The group of regulars is always expanding, when we first moved to San Diego we made so many friends simply by hanging out and grabbing coffee here each morning.

Every element of the cafe is thoughtfully chosen from the authentic fresh pastries made by locals (Personal favorite is the homemade Oreo cheesecake!) to the local artist who painted the entrance wall. Even our rescue dog is in love with the cafe as the staff helped us socialize her these past few months.
This truly is a spot for the community, and the best place to start your morning !!

Delicious croissant sandwiches!! Extra points for being a Cozy local small business. Coffee is good but not amazing, if you are looking for coffee only and want roasters grade coffees you might check some coffee specialist shops.

Such a wonderful experience and the best part was that the Holy Moly Waffle's name is well chosen! It looked just like the pictures! Very tasty and the fruit was especially fresh! Would go again

Cutest walk up coffee shop! I got the iced matcha and it was so good! They have a little bench where you can sip and people watch if you can get a seat. Baristas were also super nice!

So fun! We love Chiefy Cafe. It's our dog, Barry's favorite place. Treats for the whole family. Out favorites are the Acai bowl with peanut butter, the protein shake, and the lavender mocha.

I love love love Chiefy Cafe! Everyone who works here is great. They all are super polite, accommodating, and welcoming. The owner is incredibly friendly, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Besides the customer service, the food and drinks are amazing as well. Not to mention it's dog friendly!!! I would highly recommend coming here, it's right near the Gaslamp District, so it's close to everything if you're walking around Downtown! :)

I'm a local so I love this place. Honestly, probably the best place to score an acai bowl downtown area. Their coffees are delicious - lavender mocha or omg caramel. I would also get their peanut butter banana smoothie + an add shot - sooooo good.

& on the weekends they have a live guitarist for the vibez.
