Chiefy Cafe

We were staying in San Diego and were looking for a close by coffee shop. We found Chiefy Cafe and I'm so glad we did. Friendly and welcoming staff, great coffee, and one of the best acai bowls I've had. Their croissants are also fresh made daily and are perfection. Absolutely recommend this place!

Food was delicious and service was very quick and friendly. I tried to go to a different place everyday since my time in the city was limited, but I had to come her twice! Best chai tea lattes around. (Pictured is an açaí bowl)

Coffee was great! I’m gonna be honest, the food menu didn’t make a ton of sense, I made my own egg sandwich by taking out cucumber and adding an egg on to the vegetarian croissant, it was amazing, maybe add something like that to the menu? A waffle stuffed with avocado and arugula doesn’t sound super appealing. Idk maybe I’m just traditional…

Very cute, colorful, delicious, and animal friendly cafe located in the middle of the concrete jungle that is downtown San Diego.

Come to meet the local celebrity CHIEFY but stay for the delicious selection of lattes, fresh pastries, and great savory sandwiches.

The açaí bowls are killer here and definitely give the Mexicano latte try. And don’t forget to look cute because there is an IG worthy wall and if you get really lucky, you’ll get a snap with CHIEFY himself.

I had the most wonderful experience and the Honey Lavender Latte with Oat milk was amazing! Shout out to Myrna, shes the sweetest barista!!

A very lovely place to enjoy breakfast with good company. This was my first time visit the café and I had a great experience. I will be visiting again because the food was really good and so were the lattes. Reasonable prices for really good food. Nice seating areas to relax and enjoy.

Sounded good but was ho hum. Nearby Starbucks had better coffee and chocolate croissant. "Dine in" is sidewalk seating but it's not a good location for people watching.
