Better Buzz Coffee Miramar

Great selection of coffee and a very friend staff. The wait time after you complete the drive through was the only negative thing I have to say. Just know you will need to wait when you come.

The location is aethetically pleasing, however there is much room for improvement in regards to service and sound mitigation. First off, their parking lot has 7 spots destined for drive thru. This is a red flag considering you order at a drive thru for the convenience of not having to park your car. Their indoor Cafe is loud. Very loud. The music is cranked up, my guess is to cover the noise of the machines, which seems like a logical solution, just not the best one. Ordering was very difficult as we could not hear the cashier over her mask, plus the plexiglass (which is absolutely okay considering COVID19), music, and machine noise. The background noise could have been mitigated with acoustic dampers and it is a serious design flaw. I couldn't imagine working a full shift and keeping my anxiety at a minimum with all the din. Please consider putting artwork or a design element that will help with this noise issue, your workers (and customers) will appreciate it.

We went to the Better Buzz in Miramar on our way out of town and absolutely loved it! The coconut blended iced coffee is AMAZING. The chibatta bacon sandwich is really good but take my advice and order 2 pistachio croissants our you will regret not having the second one for later . Aizle was super helpful and thank you for the recommendation, the drink was perfect.

Better than many other coffee shops, traveler is about $24, they have delicious pastries ready for purchase and some cool merch and other extra stuff! Betta Buzz 4 Life 🤪

Love this cafe. That, coming from a former Starbucks batista means they do it right. Good employees with strong personality. Dedicated to their craft. I make a conscious effort to stop by one of their locations every trip to the San Diego area.

30 mins in the drive thru. How is this ok?
A lot of good emailing them does. They wont answer. Really disappointed.

Tried it once and I was hooked. I gladly deleted Starbucks app because I knew I’d travel for the coconut buzz. You must try it, it’s delicious. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is because I’m dumbfounded about the time to make 1 blended drink...15 minutes. When I waited 15 minutes at Starbucks that was because the line was out the door not because there was a car in the drive-thru. Hopefully it’ll get better.

Quick, organized service. They tend to randomly close early though. I've driven by around 3-5pm and they already closed for the day, even though everywhere online says they're open until 6 or something. Helpful to call ahead before driving over in the afternoons.

Every single time that I have visited this establishment I’ve been treated awfully by the staff and something has gone wrong with my order. Their lattes are okay, but it’s not worth the horrible customer service experience. Honestly, save yourself the money!
