Superb tasting Americanos! Their drip coffee is very nice, too. Their pastries (croissants and scones are all that I've had so far) are great and nicely proportioned (big enough to enjoy). I will be visiting this shop frequently. :) The people are friendly behind the counter. FIVE STARS FOR BETTER BUZZ COFFEE at Miramar!

I love better buzz, great drinks usually great service and fantastic visual aesthetic for your brand. This location in particular has a tendency to very very often make my drink wrong. They are always helpful in replacing it whenever there is a mistake but it’s not always very convenient to take twice the time to get it replaced which happens often. The music at this location given the interior decor is just way too Loud. I never review things because I rarely have any issues with this kind of thing but with masks and plexiglass separating the customer and employee, the music volume is something that should really be kept in consideration. Last but certainly not least, please,
For the love of god, stop asking if I want to leave a tip. If I want to leave a tip I will offer or I will leave cash in the tip jar that is located next to the register. It is poor class to ask that type thing and very often makes me less likely to come in specifically because management isn’t addressing certain customer service basics such as this. Better buzz management, please address these issues to keep your regular customers coming back time and time again instead of deciding to find another establishment due to feeling very uncomfortable. Thank you

The coffee drinks were all delicious. I might have hit them on especially busy mid week morning, but my 6 drink online order was ready 20 minutes after the latest estimated time. Which means my coffee order took close to 40 minutes to make. Probably won’t use them for pre-work coffee again.

First time there and omg i love this place. The coffee was perfect, my ham and cheese croissant was served hot and i loved the container it was placed it. It kept my food hot during my drive home. All of the beautiful queens that worked the store 04/01/2021 morning were amazing. They greeted me when i came in and smiled. I can see that they were hard at work and yet that energy up and did a great job. Also a compliment about the queen that was taking orders outside to customers for curbside pickup. I was in the store for about 20 minutes and she had many trips back and forth performing her job. She kept a smile and did awesome. Im new to this area and i will surely make this my new fav coffee place!

It happened again for the fourth time... I asked them to confirm my drip coffee had milk it in and the person taking orders said: "that is what the receipt says" !! Drove off and coffee had no milk in it.. the emoyees seem like they either don't care or are intentionally trying to punish better buzz !!
The coffee is ok but the last three times they messed up the orders ! First time it took them 20 minutes to make the order (2 drinks) , second time it again took 25 minutes to make the order and both times the employees had a bad attitude ! Third time, they added substitute sweetener without I asking !

Drinks are good but the staff is rude. The cashier seemed annoyed with me when I ordered and when they got my drink wrong and I brought it up politely, they ignored me and didn’t apologize. Won’t be going back to this location again.

It gets old having to park and wait almost every visit, but the coffee here is BOMB.

There's been some occasions where my mocha drinks were a little bit milky tasting. It says if they put too much milk. Otherwise, the new location is very aesthetically pleasing. Staff are friendly as expected. Just looking for a little bit more consistency with how they make the drinks compared to the other locations. Thank you.
