Taste is reliable and their online pick up system is efficient. I really appreciate the app and the points program.

My favorite Better Buzz (though I haven’t been to all of them). Always great customer service. Their workers are very kind. Some of them had even remembered our names and orders, which I loved

Drive thru service is always great.

I’ve never seen anything like this. They charge $6+ for a large latte. When I asked for light ice on the side they put 30% of the latte in a cup and gave me a cup of ice. Ive never seen a coffee shop literally give you 30% of a drink because ice has to be 60% of the cup!! Definitely a huge rip off and bad customer service. Many other places around here. Weirdest experience ever.

Found a cute coffee spot! Got a hazelnut mocha coffee, Better than big bucks. They even made coffee art on requested😌

They are the worse better buzzed ever. I had try giving it multiple chances since is really close to my job, but they are extremely slow!
Do not go there if you are not willing to spend 20 or more minutes.

Today I ordered an Acai bowl online to just pick up, and be able to have time to eat during my lunch. When I get there is not ready because they did not wanted to be melted it (which I tough it was fine), and I waited around 15 minutes to have it ready. I get to my car to eat and it's completely melted (literally liquid). I get back inside to ask for a refund because my lunch was over, and I did not have time to wait for another one, and they said that the could not refund me because I ordered through the app.

I went back to work without eating, without Acai bowl, and without money.

There was literally a bug inside my sandwich 🤢 🤢.

Our favorite location. Easy to dash in and out. Drinks are consistently correct

I had the breakfast sandwich .. it was the worst sandwich i have ever had in my life literally
.. the only comparable thing to that was a sandwich I had at a gas station in the middle of Kansas ..
a starving Homeless person would of thrown that sandwich in the trash
.. coffee is mediocre at best, and way too sweet

Yeah, I came here to try it because a friend said their coffee is really tasty. Drove up and it seems the only option at this place is the drive-thru since there's really no available parking anywhere.

I said screw it and parked in the space that said it was dedicated to the drive-thru and went in.

The music was so loud I could barely here the guy taking my order. I got a mocha and a croissant.

5 minutes later, I got my order. Great on the time but... I can't drink my coffee because the drink is so hot I can barely hold it, let alone drink it! No one likes burnt milk, bro. I'll let you know how it is in 3 hours when it's cooled off. My croissant was smooshed. I'm not sure how from the case to the bag it got flattened but come on!

So far not impressed by this place. Just hoping the one at Mira Mesa they're gonna open is better than this location.
