Better Buzz Coffee Miramar

More relaxed and chill vibes due to the location. Usually people will just order their drink then get out. Snagged a mint coffee here with some friends and was really good! Staff are all really cool and are definitely some hard working bees, cause there’s always a drive through line so there will be a bit of a wait.

Okay I NEVER leave reviews but I have never been to such a nice coffee place. I drive out of my way to go there because I have never had a bad experience. I swear everyone there is the sweetest and their coffee is SO good I love it. I always tell people how cool it is there and I definitely recommend. They better be payed more than minimum wage because they really do the most I love them!!

P.S. I’ve been to a few locations now and the one on Miramar is by far the best💪😎🙌

This is a great place to get sweet drinks. The coffee itself isn't as good as some gourmet places (though better than the bigger chains), but the prepared drinks are a sweet pick-me-up. On the rare occasion that we've gotten food, that, too, has been a big step up from the bigger chains. I also really appreciate the service -- everyone here is kind and makes a real effort to give you a positive overall experience. P.S. Kid approved -- this is my child's favorite place for chocolate milk!

EDIT: We've come many times since I wrote the original review, and I've held back on a revision, but I feel a revision is necessary. The drinks are always way too sweet, and the service takes forever. The people are very friendly, but just today we waited almost twenty minutes for a breakfast sandwich to come out, and when it did, it was as hard as a rock and was missing the sauce that's supposed to be on there. There are just too many other good choices in San Diego (for example, Jaunt Coffee, which isn't too far from here, is spectacular) to keep coming here.

No one else in line and had me wait in a parking spot for my drink after I ordered, for 20 min, so much for a drive through service, so bad and waste of a lunch break.

I enjoyed my food and my drink (Caprese sandwich and mango redbull smoothie), but the workers were not welcoming and were rude (we all have bad days but this seemed a bit extra). Other than that, it was a cute location and a good environment, minus the employees.

Everything was amazing! Ordered a hot coffee topped with Moroccan Spice, an Acai Bowl and Avocado Toast topped with tomatoes.

Good coffee company but just go to the mira Mesa location. This place isn't consistent at all with taste.

Overpriced coffee and subpar service. Asked for some recommendations(it was my first time) but they were less than helpful. This place is tiny. Ordered 3 iced coffees without ice so my friends can drink them later tonight(night shift nurses) and the employee put ice in all of them. Told the guy that i ordered them without ice. No apology or anything. He just grabbed them off the counter and dumped the ice quickly. He left me 3 cups of coffee that were 1/3 filled.... Thanks...

I've been here quite a few times now and this place has pretty good coffee... But the girl running orders out to cars was unnecessarily rude. After over 15 minutes of waiting and noticing so many cars who arrived after us get their orders, I rolled the window down and said, "Excuse me,we've been waiting for a while..." Just to be snapped at with, " We're really busy, I don't know what to tell you." Then with more attitude asked what the order and name was and went back inside. She came back out and told us that our order would be put as priority and rushed off. Another person came out and brought the order but it seemed like they just brought the original order that was sitting there forgotten on the counter the entire time because my drink wasn't even hot.

The receipt had printed our order at 813 and we didn't get our order until 838.

I understand this place gets insanely busy and mistakes are bound to happen but the complete lack of basic customer service skills from that girl was very off-putting. No one even apologized for the screw up.
