Local goodness and college crowds.
Pros:
++Great espresso drinks beverages
+Tasty muffins
+Friendly baristas
+Some good unusual creations
+Electricity outlets everywhere
Cons:
- Despite being expensive, drip coffee can be not so fresh sometimes, unlike Temple.
UPDATE: I was surprised today when I visited that they've changed the coffee beans they use for their house coffee. I'm much happier with the new one. It's finally up to the standard.

First time here, ordered the Mocha Thai, which had hot chocolate, coffee, and condensed milk. I guess should have expected it to be sweet but wasn't a fan. Will take my chances with a hazelnut latte next time if they had it, otherwise, a pretty solid coffee shop.

The coffee was alright, I had a pour over that tasted like it could have been brewed in a regular coffee pot... The outside of the place looks like it used to look nice, but the wysteria hasn't been taken care of and subsequently died off. The staff was nice and why I even gave 3 stars.

Very Good coffee but limited selection of baked goods. Wait times can get long as there is often just one person behind the counter. For teleworking this place would be really good if not for the often overwhelmed wifi. Could use more outlets and work friendly seating but free parking (even if it can get busy and you may need to park a little further away) and they have a few sandwiches for a quick lunch.
Only if they had serious wifi, a few more lunch options and more outlets I would give it 5 stars. They use a pegatron AP and it looks like it's just one and as soon as it gets close to busy it starts to drop connections and the bandwidth goes from kinda OK to really craptastic, some of the worst results I've seen with ping and bad jitter. Don't know how much bandwidth they are getting from Comcast but it's not enough.

Love love this place. Awesome coffee and great customer service every time. They make high quality coffees for those who are picky. Highly recommend. I don’t live close but I still make it by once a week.

Best hot chocolate in Sacramento by far and is definitely worth trying. Their coffee tastes pretty great too. Customer service can be a hit or miss at times, but would still recommend going for the coffee and or hot chocolate.

Walked all the way from Indiana, it felt like, so when I waltzed in to find a drink called the Kerouac, I was overjoyed with the serendipity. Marvelous scape, relaxing vibe, friendly staff, wonderful beverages. Thanks for the welcoming time!

There is plenty of room for enjoying the outdoors and bringing dogs. Amazing place!!

Great coffee amid a laid back vibe. Parking is tough but don't give up! The fresh roast coffee, fresh staff, and even fresher tunes are worth the trouble! My fave: the Vietnamese. Yum!

The mocha thai is very sweet so I opted for the regular mocha with almond milk and was not disappointed! This is a great place to study with free wifi, casual, quiet environment, and ample parking. I will definitely be back!
