I really REALLY wanted to like this place. I so wanted a local Coffee House that I could walk to on the weekends as a treat with my dog in tow. I waited for a really long time for them to open up.
I was out walking the dog this morning and low and behold... they're open! Yes! I take the dog home and go back (because they're not animal friendly). I ordered a Caramel Latte, 2% it was lukewarm, not a very good flavor and lacking in that richness one comes to expect from an indulgent treat such as a latte. 😥
They had 5 or 6 pastries that were not very appealing and I feel that their prices were too high for what you get. I happily paid the $5.50 for the Latte ($5 + Tax) and left a tip however, I will not be a repeat customer. I'm sad now. 😣

One of the best coffee shops in South Bay. Their beans are well curated and the baristas treat making coffee like an art. They are also really good at recommending drinks based on your taste preferences.

They have the best cold brew! If you get the one from the barista the cold brew is a blend of several of their beans. if you really want the best, then get the bottled cold brew out of the fridge. It is NOT a blend. It is a special bean they import especially for their cold brew and absolutely amazing. Super smooth and very tasteful. I love their cold brew. Even better, if you get a growler, 32 oz, they will give you $11 refills for life. Definitely worth it.

Went 2 separate occasions staff is rude and can't follow requests. Won't be going back.

The the best coffee!! I use their beans at home too. My favorite varietal is Castillo. Using La Candela right now, nice and smooth. El Camilo and Daniela are good ones too. Hope to see those back soon. Very glad I can buy online and have it shipped (thanks for the free shipping with 2 bags too!) as I'm out of state and haven't been in the LA area in a while. I was running dangerously low so can't wait to receive my 2 bags today!!

Loved the ambiance and decor of the place but the cold brew was a bit sour :(

Yeah had high hopes but not a speciality coffee by any means. Cappuccino was very foamy with so many bubbles (milk wasn’t steamed right) and milk was cold, i am guessing extraction wasn’t top notch either. I have high-end espresso machine at home and can do 10 times better job at making a good cappuccino/latte, it’s not that hard. I’ll give them another try and if quality still remains below par, then unfortunately won’t return.

My favorite coffee place in all of LA, which is a bummer cuz I live up in Los Feliz. Still, at least a few times a year, I’ll have nothing going on on a Saturday and drive down to spend an afternoon here. I love how airy it is, with the ocean breeze blowing through on summer days. Their vanilla lattes are great, dessert-like almost. I also get their tea, which is given just the right amount of respect for a coffee-first place. Even the coffee cups are great, the way the thumb rests on the top is perfect.

I was so excited for this place to open. I live down the street and was waiting for a cool coffee place to open up and hang out at. Well, this place is cool. Looks great, the staff is awesome. The owner is super nice and I really want this to work for him. Problem is, it was the worst latte I can remember ever having. I figured it was just a bad day, so I went back 3 more times. And every time it was like I was drinking luke warm milk. They had me try two different espressos and it was the same. Maybe I'll try again in a month and see if they figured this out.

I love the dark decor but the bright windows and open ambience. Ample seating available. I found the baristas to be nice and helpful even when they were new.
Stockholm Fog, a drink which blends mocha and chai flavors was unique and delectable. Would definitely recommend
