Fantastic service! Good food. Only been here once, so keep that in mind... but the Ahi Tuna bowl was a bit heavy on the spice factor, having not been marketed as a spicy item. Also, get some sauce or dressing in there! Great otherwise. Strawberry-cashew smoothie was a lifesaver.

OMG the first time I ever went and its Amazing!!! Food is Great coffee too. I got the Thai fusion wrap and it was fantastic!!! But of course you need good company to join you in the mix too. Great meet up place for people.

My boyfriend and I are so happy with this restaurant. We have ordered from here several times and they are always delicious. Consistently. Even if I order right before closing, it makes no difference. I love you guys. Please please don't ever change!!!!

Nothing special breakfast burrito wasn't that great.

A very bad experience happened when I arrived at this restaurant at about 7 pm yesterday evening for picking up a order. A short guy in the kitchen lied me that my order had been taken by others while the counter ignored my coming. When I believed what he said, discussing with my agent about this issue, they sent another small order to me. I had to cancel this order and waited for the small order for about 20 minutes at last turn when the guy lied to me that their ordering system didn’t update for some reason. In fact they are not a friendly team and kept my order and didn’t want to give me, killing my time and delayed my delivery process. The staff of that shift’s service was unprofessional and very bad I thought.

The Chilaquiles were tasty and filling. I'll ask for more jallapenos next time.

Our family was very surprised to learn that side dishes are no longer included with the price of the entree, and that they cost on average $3.50 at the Churn Creek restaurant. This is a 30% increase in price! We don't mind paying more, especially if the staff receive a significant raise, but 30% is excessive. Consequently, we will dine less frequently and today, I gave a much smaller tip than my usual 15-20%.

I've tried just about everything on their menu and I'm never disappointed. We usually eat in as I enjoy cooking but when I do a lunch date this is my top choice everytime. So many delicious choices. Where else can pick up your favorite fresh baked sourdough to go? Food, staff, and owner all amazing.

Absolutely love this food chain. The food quality is both fresh & delectable and the quality of presentation is always set to match. Menu items are constantly refreshed giving a sense of renewal and appeals to an adventurous palette. Albeit the menu changes do remove some previous favorites and with the swing to adding Pies to the chain name so to has the amount of sweetness in several pastry and prior breakfast menus changed. For friends and family who suffer from sugar related illnesses and intolerance simply put some menu items are no longer suitable for them. Lastly the From the Heart mobile app tends to be lacking in terms of consistent updates.

Pros: Taste, Freshness & Higher Quality ingredients, Presentation.

Cons: Pastries/Breakfast sweetness level, Lack of prior breakfast classics, infrequency in app menu to in-store menu accuracy.

Considerations: Prior menu items like the New Orleans Cold Brew, a la carte breakfast items availability, bi-weekly to bi-monthly web and mobile application synchronizations and/or updates.

Rating: All in all 4.5 stars for a restaurant chain that keeps me entranced for a return visit when traveling abroad.
