The pastries here were to die for I had never had a double Dekker donut before it was incredible. The seating accommodation was just perfect for our 15 people that we met together with. And the gal you had work in the register had such a sparkling personality she made all of us smile I wish I could remember her name! Thank you for a priceless experience I hope you continue to maintain that vibe over the years to come.

Seeing them have this high of a rating is mind boggling. The service when eating inside must be so much better. As for delivery…it’s abysmal. It’s worse than abysmal. It’s immeasurably low. It’s depressing. Wrong orders or even a failure to recognize mistakes while charging full price to missing items. It should be considered a war crime to be this bad. If you call to complain…good luck getting through. Nobody picks up the phone and nobody at each of the locations will help you. It’s a gut punch seeing others rate them so high. Maybe it’s only the Churn Creek location that is this bad. You have to generally try to have that bad of service. I’m to the point where I think it’s a sketch comedy show with a hidden camera because it happens that often. The Pine Street location is really good and will be the only one I go to because they have great coffee and the egg bites are legit. The people there also have great service.

Had lunch here the other day. Tried their Jerk Chicken Tacos. Very good. A hint of spicy with a bit of sweet. Just the right amount of flavor and portion size, even though you're served three tacos. The tacos are small. But delicious. When they arrived at the table, I dove right in, then remembered to take a pic.

I stopped her for lunch with some coworkers while visiting Redding. The atmosphere was nice & mellow. The staff were friendly & welcoming. Tge menu was impressive. I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich that i ordered.

The food was Okay. Not worth the price. Just about everything is $12 and not worth that price. The staff was nice. We got our food togo. Of course when we got it to the hotel we found they didn't give us the side of fries we paid for. So that was $3.50 wasted. Lucky we didn't have to deal with a meltdown over it as it was for my kid.

Needed a place to eat waiting for shop to fix my truck. From out of town. Hard the pork breakfast tacos. Very good and flavorful. Place is hopping. Various age groups always a good sign.
A somewhat unique fusion type menu. The menu items seem full of flavor.
Will eat here again for sure.

The staff was really kind. Even though they were busy when I went in due to the breakfast rush, they did everything they could to make sure we were served properly.
Lauren was absolutely amazing! When we had a couple mix ups with our order she noticed and was more than willing to correct it! It just made my day that much better!!!! 😁😁
Thank You, Lauren!!

If you like garlic fries, get them here. They are so crunchy and so fresh and garlicy.

We door dashed the other night and mostly every time we do our food is not hot or fries are soggy (at several other restaurants). But everything came delivered hot and the fries were so amazing (not soggy at all). I got the island burger and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had. My bf who is extremely picky devoured his food as well. I've been here several times and will keep going back. I can't stop thinking about that burger!!

It’s sad because the food is usually pretty good, but the service from the front of the house employees is absolutely terrible. Tried to place an order over the phone, was put on hold for over 10 minutes. Figured they maybe forgot and tried to call back, rang a few times then was sent to voicemail. I was thinking that maybe they were busy, tried waiting a few minutes and called again, was sent straight to voicemail. If their employees are that unprofessional that they don’t want to take a phone order then I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Disappointing.
