Inklings Coffee and Tea

Good ambiance. Really nice, visually. Pretty much crowded most of the time. Lines are a bit of a wait. Aside from the bourbon flavored latte, the other choices were good. Only go if you have time on your hands and don't mind standing.

Nitro cold brew with a splash of oat milk is always my go-to at any coffee shop..this was the best nitro I’ve ever had! Super fun road trip pit stop, wish I lived closer! Great study/work environment and their narnia library decor vibes are on point 🦁☕️

Delicious coffee! A nice date, hangout, study, work, or relax spot. Lots of space, and they even have a roo. You can reserve for meetings. I love the drip coffee, and the Lavender latte is one of my all time favorites!

How can you not support a cafe named after the great Inklings, the writers group consisting of C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien (and others)? ... good service... good atmosphere and seating... support local business! :)

Beautiful cafe, the decor and ambient are amazing.
The coffee was also outstanding and the food looks amazing although I never eaten anything.
The service was also very good, the barista was incredibly friendly and welcoming as well as making a hell of a coffee.
I will definitely come back

Great coffee - especially the lavender latte. Limited seating during peak times. But that could be because there are patrons who use the main dining room to conduct their business on the computer and phones instead of the area in the back designated for such. Today there was a woman there who was on her computer and the phone who talked so loudly that I could barely enjoy my coffee in peace. I could hear her entire conversation, and believe me, I didn't want to. I suggest the managers prohibit phone calls in the main dining room since there is an area for that.

Ordered on line at 9:30 AM
Arrived to pick up order and they were out of the pastries, Chai Tea Latte, and milk. Ordered hot chocolate to replace the Latte. It was undrinkable !
Poured it out. The other Mocha drink we ordered was ok. The crescent was stale, threw it away too.

I had a really great experience at this local coffee shop. Service was great. Got offered to join a blind coffee tasting. Went between four different coffees to see which blend they want to introduce next into the shop. It’s really great to be part of the process with a company. Additionally, they gave me a free coffee for my time. Coffee was great and strong.

Good coffee, plenty of seating place, nice baristas and just a very good coffee shop vibe.

Staff is amazing! This place is super welcoming and the staff are always friendly. The coffee is great and the prices are the most reasonable i have seen. Cheaper and better then both Starbucks and Peet's. It's great to support this local place that has been a great addition to downtown Pleasanton
