Inklings Coffee and Tea

Your Baristas are on point! Trained well! Sometimes we want espresso forward drinks in rapid time, Here, They take their time with each drink and not in a bad way! Each drink gets attention. If I’m spending $5+ a drink I think that’s okay for a cup of coffee made to order. Relax and enjoy the interior of this place, 9/10 times you’re going to have a solid coffee experience.

Can not tell you how much of a personal and humane touch Natalie and Loretta instilled in my visit. I was a total mess coming in (1st time visit and cycling up from Fremont). Along the way my mask fell out of my pocket and was stuck on the other side of the mountains feeling helpless. These two kind baristas were ANGELS in going way out of their way to help me!! I was moved!!! The coffee itself was the best mocha I’ve had in a long long time and the orange/thyme cupcake that they had catered in hit the spot. EVERYTHING, including the decor which makes me want to copy/paste for my own house one day, was superb. 100% surprised by this experience and can’t recommend enough!!

The coffee was so watered down. I hate to throw out my pour over after paying 5$ for it. The place itself is very cute though. Attracts the Uni crowd and folks who want to complete their work. It also has a cute library.

Nice fun hip pace. Love the different rooms to drink/ hang out in. The menu on the wall is very simple, all the fancy drinks are right at the register. I would love if they posted a second menu somewhere else too because by the time it's your turn in line you can finally see the full menu and feel pressure to pick quickly. Maybe a menu placed at the door would be soo helpful. Aside from that one thing they are great and very kind.

This was just as cool in person as it looks in the photos. The coffee tasted great, and the breakfast sandwiches were hot and freshly made. Nice spot if you need to get away and work from your laptop. Lots of seating too.

Great atmosphere. A rare non-chain experience for the plasticized acultured town of sterile Pleasanton. Get the poor over, but be prepared to pay nearly $5 for your "black" coffee...As it should be.

Always love my experience at inklings. The main coffee shop side is such a vibe, and there is plenty of seating to do my work. It is a go to spot for meeting with people. Would recommend it to anyone who loves Devout Coffee and a great study ambience!
