Unique coffee offerings in a serene patio environment. The owner is friendly and takes great pride in his work. The Turkish coffee is brilliant, with a custom blend of spices, brewed fresh over an open flame. My new favorite cafe. Think I'll be spending a good part of my summer at this place.

Hidden gem. Easy to miss from the street. Don't be shy or scared. Walk through the Ally and you will be surprised. Great coffee. Very nice, comfortable, inspiring seating area. Barista is seriously cool.

Lovely hipster outdoor backyard coffee place. I enjoyed my oat milk flat white BUT there are only paper cups available (no proper cups). Their menu seems to offer a wide selection of vegetarian and vegan options BUT the kitchen is only open until 2pm.

Great outdoor area. The coffee and prices are great, the taxes are even included so $2.00 is actually $2.00! Don't have to deal with coins. You can write or draw art just about anywhere with a sharpie which is also awesome.

Still coming here regularly, they keep getting new snacks and offering new things which I appreciate. They're also starting to hold more events like trivia night! Still time to sign up and I'm sure they'll have something else to sign up for after this, highly recommend trying it out.

Amazing space. We had a meeting there and the owner made me a unique coffee blend called the Gravity Brew. It was delicious. I recommend supporting coffee shops like this. Oh and they have delicious vegetarian options for food/tacos!!!

Backyard Brew is a cute little place frequented a lot by local Stanford students/post-docs/recent alums. The guys in charge of taking and making orders are friendly and fun and remember you if you show up often. Their warm coffees are great, but I really cannot get behind the gravity brew they use as a version of iced coffee/cold brew.

Very cute and chill scene, lots of space to do work as well. Baristas/staff are very outgoing. I’ve enjoyed each drink I’ve gotten! 😁 Definitely recommend the Nutella mocha and vanilla latte!

The yummiest coffee I've had in Palo Alto. They offer different blends every day so I'm excited to see what I would find next time. One of the few places that offers authentic Arabic coffee. Loved it and wish I lived close by.

Bomb coffee and tacos now! Come for the chill vibes and great talks with Ryan (owner and Renaissance man)!

Quaint coffee place and dog friendly which really suits me. This used to be a place where garden fountains were sold so they've kept some of these and they give the place a nice homely atmosphere. Coffee is good and they have a good selection, also teas. They have a few sweets: muffin, scones and alfajores, not sure if they have more.
