Stopped by this place setting so many reviews. The place was okay. Probably good if you just want to hang out for a bit since they have tables to sit and hang out. Free wifi. But their chai latte and regular lattes were just meh. Nothing too good.

Hidden in an alley off Cal Ave, this place has pleasant ambience and nice decor. They have a range of third wave coffee choices and a decent pastry selection.

Backyard means backyard! And what a cool spot it has turned out into. The absolutely awesome coffee makes it one of the great spaces to try out. It may need a little help from google maps to get in, but what a nice hidden gem.

They even made me a Cubano (coffee). Off the menu. These folks rock. And the other customers are very relaxed about sitting down at a table and working right next to them. Zero attitude.

Definitely going back, it may become my reading place for the weekends. Great atmosphere, it's open with shades so you get to breath in some fresh air 😄.

I ordered coffee but wasn't just my taste, though to be honesty it was good, as I'm very picky with coffee (not a big ☕ drinker), so I didn't drink much ... The staff saw that and he insisted on getting me a new drink, tea, and even though I kept saying no, he came back with ice tea ... what a customer service, 💯! Tea herbal ice tea was 🙌

This is a hidden gem in the heart of Palo Alto, nestled in between shops on Cal Ave. Recently a friend and I went there for coffee and we ran into Ryan and had a lovely conversation with him and his Dad about how we could build more community. It was so nice to just sit and chat with them both and share stories about our families and remodels:)

The coffee is yum (turmeric chai latte), the teas are fresh tea leaves put into sachets, and of course they pastries are yum.

My favorite spot to sit is by the fountain.

I loved the atmosphere of this place with a nice place to study and talk with cool drinks and a nice place to meet friends and it’s not super loud and there’s room to sit
