The food was wonderful, particularly the chicken marsala! We'll definitely be back! Thank you!

As usual, food was great but service was really terrible. We dined on their last night prior to closing down for the month of August, and while we understood they were busy and they’re cutting down inventory, communicating this to our table and the several other frustrated and disappointed tables in our area would have changed our experience entirely. Our server had a terrible attitude and was very short with us each time she approached our table, often telling us another item we ordered was unavailable. Additionally, some of my drink was spilled on me by our server and there wasn’t an apology in sight. I also had to ask for a napkin to wipe my dress and the table off with several times.

Great Pizza, belly up to the bar enjoy a drink, and the possibly the best pizza in town!

I had the pizza and tiramisu and it was delicious. It was a nice place to go

Food was excellent but a they are a bit shorthand for servers.

Sat at the bar last Wednesday with my husband. I ordered the $40 grilled sea bas. It was VERY disappointing. Small piece of dry, tasteless fish. My husband ordered the pizza. Always great!
Second chance. Returned Monday night with guests. So disappointing. We didn’t get our pre dinner cocktails until after our first course. We ended up canceling our bottle of wine. We were a little worried when we arrived and saw the table of 44! Short staffed, only one bar tender working for the whole restaurant. Maybe better to close (like Pacifica) and focus on your party rather than give your other guests such a bad experience!
Had a future reservation for 6 on Saturday which we will be canceling. .

Long story short: We had a 7:00 p.m. reservation and ordered at approximately 7:10 (on a Monday night) and did not receive our food until 8:40. That's an HOUR & A HALF WAIT for 2 pasta dishes. It took an hour to bring the salad and we had to ask the waitress (repeatedly) about the drinks we ordered. After an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting for our pasta entrees, my wife asked to speak with a manager. No manager ever showed up. My wife and I never complain about food or service and never write reviews but I feel compelled to warn out of town visitors to avoid il Corso like the plague. The service was a MINUS 10 on a scale of 1-10.
I fully expected that il Corso would write off the $140 bill because of the hour and a half wait for our entrees. That never happened. We weren't surprised.
