We was there last week and the whole place is perfect, sevice,food, drinks .. 100% Italian restaurant.
the valet guy (ernie) is great, he recommended the happy hour to us.
He recommends osso bucco,calamari piccata,pollo al parmigiano. very professional man. The server (Cesar) was very attentive, excellent service and professional, plus the drinks were delicious ..
We went back the next day and use the valet and Ernie welcome us very happy with words in Italian and he remembers us. excellent atmosphere, he recommended the branzino and lasagna, the server (jose) was a very dedicated professional very sweet guy, there wine selection is very good.
We are from italy and we feel like in home.
We love il corzo.....

waiter said we could wait for a patio table which was ok but the one we really wanted said reserved. 10 min later a couple no reservations walked in and the hostess removed sign to seat them/ I said wait that is not available , we asked for that table. she sat the other couple and refused to listen. said another table opened up. she was rude and did not care that we walked out to never return. You see if you have great food and I know you do for dinner, and have a bad night you will return . But if you have rude nasty hostess that is bad service and you lose a customer. and you lost us.

Came here for a work event. There is a saying, you get what you paid for, and il Corso is no exception. Food was outstanding, along with the service. I had the ravioli and sampled the filet which was to die for! Had the cannoli and it was heaven! Cannot wait to go back! There were 4 of us and the bill was 240 before tip. Well worth it!

Upscale and classy restaurant. Fine dining with a true essence of Italy. With excellent freshly prepared dishes and food that does not sit heavy or get you nauseous, unlike other food spots that must drown their already prepped meals with some sauces to make it more desirable, not here though. With a huge wine selection, and other alcohols, this was a all round great spot!

Saturday January 19th. The place was packed, the restaurant was not ready for the crowd. The service was borderline chaotic,servers pushing cocktails and wine. Asking the same question 6 or 8 times and runners completely confused as to what table got what. We had to get the maitre d involved to help. The table next to us was furious.
The print on the menus is microscopic.
There are too many choices for a restaurant that is not ready for prime time. The food was good. The prices extremely high. Unlike palm desert where il corso is a calm dining experience, palm springs location is a frenzy. Perhaps they will work things out? But first they need to take drastic steps to be prepared for an onslaught at 6pm before events that start at 8pm
Skilled restaurants accept a limited amount of reservations at certain times and push customers to slightly later time slots. New restaurants have less choices and add choices over time.
We were so rushed, even with the help of management. We had to inhale our meals in order to be on time for an 8pm show. We sat down at 6. And got our entrees at 715.

Will give a second try. In may....

My recent dinner engagement at il Corso was delightful. I had one of the best Veal Scallopini's with mushrooms in a wonderful rich sauce perfectly cooked and very tender. We shared meals and the other dish was their Ravolis which was also yummy. I've been there before for bar food and it was okay, but their dinner meals are outstanding and our waiter was top cabin. I will be back again.

Italian Elegant Restaurant. Upscale eating. All servings made from scratch. Pricey but worth it on an occasional event. You may eat inside the Restaurant or outside at clean tables with spotless utensils. Highly recommend.

Wonderful food and service. Monica(?) was our waiter Saturday night and made celebration very memorable!!! Sea bass was delicious as well as cocktails and dessert. I highly recommend this restaurant.
