The salmon was excellent! My wife had the pork loin.. it was a little under cooked for her.
The service was fast and courteous. Reasonable price.. dinner for two and 3 beers(Boont-great) 60$

Feels like your eating at grandma's. I love the atmosphere and the service is excellent, food is tasty and large portions.

Nice comfortable converted house with a fair amount of seating. Super friendly and attentive service with great food. Get there early or expect a wait as it is popular.

Absolutely loved dining here. For dinner, I had the salmon filet which comes with potatoes au gratin, mixed veggies (changes - mine was bok choy and brussel sprouts), and drizzled in a beurre blanc sauce that's to die for! The food was so delicious, I didn't want the meal to end! For dessert, a pear fruit tart with fresh whip cream... So. Good. Highly recommend stopping by this place... A bit pricey (but everything is here) though worth every penny.

We've been trying to time it right to eat here for a year. Their hours seem to fluctuate or they're not open during the "normal" times people eat. Most of the time we venture into town with them on our minds but when we arrive, they're closed so we go elsewhere. The food was really good and the service was excellent. It's a small restaurant so expect to be social with those eating next to you.

For a busy Sunday brunch, service was fast and cheerful! Food was very satisfying.

I got the smoked salmon on potato pancake with a poached egg and it was excellent. Generous serving of smoked salmon and capers, and tasty crispy potato pancake. Poached egg was lovely too.

DH enjoyed eggs and chorizo.

Waitress was fast cheerful, and attentive. Prompt refills of coffee and regular checkins to see if we needed anything. Impressive service! Wish this were close to home!

This is the best restaurant in Pacific Grove, based on my sample of about a dozen over two weeks. I had a sandwich that was just amazing on my first visit, went back again. Simple and superb. Service was friendly, attentive, and not pushy.
