Red House Cafe

Im not sure why this place is so popular other than that most of the other restaurants in Pacific Grove must be pretty bad. They were packed when we came so I assumed they must be amazing. We ordered the BLT sandwich, two thumbs up for the delicious beefsteak tomatoes however the bun was just not good at all, bacon was just thrown in there making it really hard to eat. Would not come here again.

Visited on a Sunday - had to wait for 20 minutes around noon but it was worth the wait! The eggs hollandaise and french toast were delicious. For families with kids, note that strollers won't fit inside (or up the stairs) so outside is the only option. The cafe is on a charming street with other shops and restaurants for a nice walk before or after your meal.

The food was amazing! And great service as well. Good place to come and spend your money

Staff is incredibly friendly and professional. Amazing service and attentiveness from our awesome waitress Sylvia. (Food was amazing too!!) Hands down the best service we’ve gotten all trip. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. When we come back into town, we will be coming back here!!!

Really enjoyed the red house frittata and didn't regret it even though I really wanted the French toast lol.

Had a great breakfast here on a Friday morning…not a long wait but I guess it depends on the day and time of year! They were very accommodating for a large party (9) and they put us in the back room so we were the only ones in there! Services was great and they were very responsive! The Benedict’s are a must and the potato pancake with lox were approved by the 8 year old in the group! If you are a fan of potatoes, you must add a side of potatoes to your meal! They were so good and crispy! Pretty decent pricing and plenty of food! Frittata is a good option here too! A much do again!

The actual menu did not match online menu options... that was disappointing. Pricey entrees for what was actually available.
