Dutch Bros Coffee

VERY slow service. All the employees knew the person in front of us, so they took extra time talking to them, even after their order had been filled and paid for. I love in GP, and I know that talking to customers long enough to increase service time that much would be frowned upon and found unacceptable by the corporate office. To top it all off, the drink we got was wrong, but we were already on the freeway before we noticed. Perhaps they were counting on that. Bear in mind that this review is reflective of this specific location, and not Dutch Bros in general. DOWN WITH "FIVEBUCKS"!

Every Dutch Bros in Glenn & Butte county Always gives OUTSTANDING service. It's the BEST because they operate from an authentic place. If I'm in a Funk, they surely would CHEER me up, from their genuine pure love shared, when another needed someone to care bigger than we knew was out there to receive. YES, BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE AROUND, by far, in a long, long time. GO DUTCH BROS,

Probably the worst Dutch Bros I've ever been to. I don't really get it, I usually have such good experiences, but this particular location was annoying from the second we pulled up to after we received our drinks.

Only a few people can wait in line at this location, due to the limited space. Also the cashier was just loud and not fun at all to converse with, I honestly just wanted to get out of there.

Terrible customer service. That mixed with we had 3 cars in front if us in line and we waited over 20 minutes to get our drinks. We then heard the worker taking the orders tell another customer that had gone up to the wall up window that cars were more of a priority than she was and that she would just have to keep waiting. We are from Oregon and go to dutch bros regularly and have never had issues even close to this.

Just opened, early and cold outside, and these 2 are right here doing it right! With quickness politeness and smiles on their faces! Thank you both for making our morning!

Way better than Starbucks. So many more options & stronger coffee too

Amazing coffee and drinks. Coming from Canada and not having a Tim Hortons around my heart almost stopped knowing I would have to settle with McDonald's or dunkin donuts for my quick fix of caffeine. But this shop has restored my faith for coffee lovers as their amazing friendly staff members always are happy to greet you and serve you anything you can dream of in the realm of the coffee world. I wouldn't come here at 730am if I had to be at work at 8am as it does take longer than most places but the wait is worth it if you have the time and patience to sacrifice for a quality product. I recommend this to all caffeine enthusiasts. 4 stars in my books for just being a drink place. Would be 5 stars if they could speed up production without sacrificing quality and also serve some types of food to accompany such a wonderful drink concoction. Keep up the good work :)

But this is just amazing..first time here

Coffee does not have the starange after taste than most of them does

Awesome place to get coffee!! Especially if you are taking a road trip along I-5 in Northern California. Conveniently located near the freeway, it is hard not to miss, should you need a cup o' joe. Always friendly service during my visits. My last visit was in November of last year. I needed some caffeine on my rad road trip from Washington back down to Southern California... and Dutch Bros. Orland, CA had something up their sleeve. A custom White Coffee, White Chocolate, Hazel, Mocha hot drink. Yep, I was buzzing for a few hours, all thanks to the crew on duty that smoke filled evening. It was splendidly satisfying! A huge thanks to everyone!! Since it was a custom drink, it has no name... therefore I dub it thee the 'Ish' Mocha! In honor of Ish who was my drive thru window attendant. Belated Happy 21st birthday by the way!! Hope you were able to celebrate it in Portland as you had planned;)
