Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch bros feels like the orange julius of coffees. It has a unique niche.
The staff here was incredibly happy, attentive and helpful. Both the order taker and window attended were charismatic conversationalists.
The line gets a bit long and perhaps not as snappy as other chains.
The coffee is okay.

Fast service and delicious drinks. They have everything you want from hot coffee to ice tea. Plenty of choices for adults and kids

Staff was friendly as always, despite having a long line, and our order was PERFECT. I will never stop going to Dutch Bros. because of their quality of service and their amazing drinks.

Honestly not my favorite location. I went on my way home from camping so I had a truck with trailer. I obviously could no go through the drive through so I went to walk up to the window. Come to find out their air conditioning was not working so they had an ac in the window and therefore told my uncle they would have a runner come out and take our order. The man came out and went directly to the first few cars who were there before us and then finished 4 more cars and told us we would have to wait. He was not rude, but was not very spirited. This was probably the least spirited Dutch I have been to. Hopefully it was just the heat that made it rough for them. The drink was alright and did not taste too much like pumpkin!

The coffee was really good the service was great people were real friendly had a good time

There smoothies are soooo good! So is their picture perfect blended.

I don't think I've ever been to a bad Dutch Bros. There is one in Chico that isn't as chatty, but that's OK. This one, here in Orland, is pretty great. You don't spend a hole lot of time in line (compared to some) and the folks that work there are ALWAYS up beat and smiling.

I would like to just say how important that is to some of us. I know it must be difficult to always put on a smile, but the employees here can really make a difference in a bad day. You guys are appreciated.

Super friendly staff!
Their freeze machine broke down after we ordered, but with still two cars in front of us. They actually came out to let us know and to see if we wanted them "to make it by hand" 😂 or if we wanted something else. Super considerate! Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Love Dutch Bros, I like the coffee, frosts, rebels, all of it. I also like the monthly and seasonal stickers. My only issue is that I wish there were more walk in restaurant type buildings, I only know of one, and they serve breakfast and stuff there. That's not even a quality issue or anything, so it won't affect my rating.
