Dutch Bros Coffee

Stopped by here on my way back to Montana. I had just been in Orland for my grandfather’s funeral service and had a long drive ahead of me. The guy taking orders outside had an incredible elk tattoo on his arm, and when I asked him about it he said it was for his grandfather who had passed away in Montana. I explained that I was coming from Montana and my grandfather that recently passed away was from Orland. We struck up a quick conversation and then he paid for my coffee. The coffee of course was great but I had to write a review on how friendly the staff was and how his simple gesture made that day great.

We have these all over Oregon and when we stopped for gas heading down I-5 was pleasantly surprised to see one in Orland. Got me a much needed iced coffee.

I also love the consistency of how they are made from one in Oregon to this one. Great taste every time.

We travel the I5 corridor frequently. The folks at the Orland Dutch Brothers are so friendly, make awesome drinks, and they remember our 3 dogs. The dogs remember them too- treats for them as well as the people!

Lines were pretty long at 9 pm on 9/1/17, so I went up to the walk up window. The girl there told me that the gentleman would be taking my order. After waiting approximately 20 mins, while he was chatting with friends and took their order (who by the way came after me), I decided to go back to my car and went through the drive through. At that time, while being in line behind 5 cars, I watch another customer walk up to the window and in no time at all, her order was taken and she received her drink when we got up to the window. I like the coffee, but they need to pay more attention to customer service than showing what a good time they are having. I hope you can improve on this...

These gals and guys are the best, I have made friends with these girls and I simply adore them, the coffee is of course amazing, the genuine care and compassion at the drive up window is like seeing an old friend everyday. I cannot say this for other locations we have been to but i can say that our Orland Dutch Bros is the bomb.

First timer for Dutch Bros.! I'll be back! Not only good coffee, this place has the sweetest girls working here! Traveling from SF to Bend, OR and stopped in this particular one this morning. The lines were enormous in the drive thru but I walked up, greeted nicely, got my goods and left a very happy customer. You girls ROCK!! Thank you!!!

Came back today 9-25-18...2nd time in 2 weeks,won't be back their people do not pay attention to what you order,forgot syrup in 2 drinks,and asked for extra,extra,extra Apple in a Dutch soda,it was barely green,they did remake it,but coffees we're AWFUL...tired of paying for substandard drinks. Maybe the LOUD MUSIC should be turned down so they can hear your order and have a retraining course on making drinks.

Oh come on you guys, Dutch Brothers Coffee is always good!!! Everytime I go to Oregon or come back I stop in Orland to get my mocha whether it is hot or cold it's always the bomb, for me Dutch Brothers is the best coffee around. No matter where you're at Dutch Brothers Coffee is always the best ❣ I rated 4 stars because no matter where you go there's always a little room for improvement ❗
