Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch brothers is known for the best customer service with smiling workers but the time I went to visit the store in Orland Ca & the staff I met were less than friendly and extremely rude the woman at my window told me they are hoping with a huge smile that covid keeps people away so they can just milk the time standing around at least thats what they were doing when i drove up!! The woman Manning the window also with a sarcastic attitude also we are only serving card customers & not stamping drink cards & turned me away. What was strange was across the way Starbucks was happy to accept my currency greated me with a smile and close the transaction with a smile also and have a great day.
The staff working days & nights should be reprimanded by the franchise owners for treating customers badly & what's sad I was treated badly with a shift manager on duty.
This Dutch brothers location is nothing fancy when it comes to customer service in fact I give the location a huge letter grade of (F)

You can never go wrong with Dutch Bros something got mixed up with the flavors so we got our drinks made right and a free one they are always so awesome and even the drink that got mixed up was delicious. They were going to remake the last one we ordered and instead we gave our free one to the car behind us and ended up tipping again because they treated us so good. I love Dutch Bros.

The Dutch Bros in Orland is our go-to spot whenever we're on our way out of town! Fast, friendly service and easy in and out on the way to I-5.

My Frappuccino was not made fresh it was out of a machine. Was so watery

I love the cookie dough cold brew. Staff is awesome. Convenient location and drive-through.

Best coffee I've had on the road, ever.

There were 3 cars ahead of me in line, but it was a short wait. They were friendly and made a custom order for me. I'm not a fan of coffee that is so hot it burns your tongue, and I can't digest anything with dairy. But they made a delicious cup at just the right temp. Pass the token Starbucks, and visit this place, you will be glad you did.

Frirndly outgoing engaging great service great product. Fast even with lines to the street both ways. Love them!

Great coffee and line move fast

Came in needing something “dangerously caffeinated”, left with the most powerful 911 blended coffee. The woman taking my order actually made my day - and gave me some great hair care tips (for curly hair ofc). Then the cashier bonded w/ my flatmate and I over the SF traffic being ~even more dangerous~ than the 911 blended coffee I ordered 🤪 you gotta hit this Dutch for your highway pitstop, you just gotta!

Thanks Dutch Bro’s for sending an order taker out to take this truckers coffee order. The wife and I really appreciate. It’s hard on truck drivers to find a great cup of coffee. Thanks again. We will definitely be back the next time we roll through town.
