Yesterday, April 2nd, I, along with a group of friends (all of us Black), were treated extremely poorly by the bartender. We were repeatedly ignored as we tried to order drinks from the bar. Then with a passive aggressive stare straight through me, the bartender yells "I will serve you if you are not sitting at the bar."
The bartender was rude, the host was rude.

The most irritating thing about this all is that we were literally about to sit down at the three empty seats at the bar.

I loved MUA; always recommended this place. Not any more!

FOH staff needs to retrain for customer service and human decency.

We've eaten here three times and every time received great service and eaten excellent food. Mac n cheese to die for. 😋 chicken wings, Garlic prawns, grilled romaine Caesar salad Omg, so so good. We absolutely love this place.

Great athmosphere, wonderfull food

Wow...this place went straight downhill after opening for indoor dining after quarantine. We ordered the Chicken Wings and Short Ribs. Both dishes came out faster than the drinks we ordered, and were just way too smoothered with sauce. A baby could have put these dishes together...an extremely poor display of culinary skills. The chef should be ashamed.

We ordered a Strawberry Lemonade and a beer. The waiter, trying to drive up the price of the bill, made the assumption that the Strawberry Lemonade should have alcohol with it. Well my partner is allergic to alcohol, and we were very frustrated to find out it had alcohol it in. Even one sip, and the rest of her night was not fun. My beer was tainted and expired...had "Best before" date of Aug 2020. This is most likely because they store their beer in a warm place, and then transfer to a fridge. Not to mention they didn't even get a fresh stock of alcohol before opening back up to the public.

I will not be coming to back Mua ever. Overpriced food and service that pretty much sucks.

I have been there many times but never took the time to write the review, so here it is. Love the place and atmosphere, waiters are friendly. I have tried all the dishes I listed on all my occasions and it is consistently same quality and taste. Ok beer selection and cocktails are nothing g special, so I would stick with a beer instead of a cocktail. Place is a bit noisy for a couple, but awesome for friends and big groups.

I would not return to this restaurant. It was dirty. I felt uncomfortable because it was so dinghy and dusty. I see they were going for a junk yard, thrift store, bed bug aesthetic, but please clean the place. Also, the other reviewers are accurate. The customer service is cold at best, completely missing the rest of the times. The food is a redeeming quality.

An interesting place with a lot of character. I really enjoyed the food and the decorations. Since the restaurant operates in a large open hall with a really high ceiling, it can get a little loud, so if you're out for a quiet candle-lit dinner, maybe this is not the best place. But the food was nice and the service was really quick (even though the place was packed), so I liked it.

Great place, good vibes and music , surprisingly tasty(and healthy) vegetarian fare. Might be bit of a wait , but worth it!
