Proper Coffee

The service was great! Everyone was so kind towards me and my friend. They even helped us choose the coffee that would satisfy us the most. If you’re looking for coffee and great service at the perfect location go here!

This place is a refreshing change from Starbucks. The Qargo crew is very friendly, and you can sit at one of many comfortable chairs and charge your phone. A definite plus for people on the go like me...

I just visited the coffee shop. I'm staying at the Hotel June for employment purposes, so I see myself returning to this coffee shop often and frequently.

Options for drinking available as of 5/30/2021 are limited, so if you are looking for a particular drink (e.g.: Chai Tea Latte/Dirty Chai) other than coffee, you should call beforehand to verify they have the drink. Though, I do not imagine the lack of drinks has anything to do with poor management, I understand the coffee shop has just open it's doors.

Employees are observed encouraging each other and assisting each other.

Employees are tired looking, though I did enter at an incredibly early time (6 AM). I'd explore making sure the employees greet guests as they come in during training.

Employees seem enthusiatic about the products they're selling. The cashier who assisted me was helpful in that he wanted to provide information about the products they had.

I ordered a butter croissant and a breakfast item. I'd make sure the pastry / sandwhich display case has names of products in order for customers to know what the name of the product they are asking for is. Not a big deal, but you know, its the little things.

Employees are seen maintaining the work space clean.

For the most part, this establishment seems like a nice environment. I worked at a coffee shop for less than a year, and I hated it, truthfully.

One thing I noted was they tamper press their esspresso in a manner that focuses the quality of the esspresso they pour - this was nice. I will probably go later today again for a second drink.

Only negative thing I had to say was that they cold brew coffee was limited to 16 fl oz. However, this does not mean one cannot order more than one cold brew. Additionally, the cold brew limitations are probably in place for the safety and health of the customer. You don't want to have a panic/heart attack after having a lot of cold brew, haha.

The staff is extremely friendly and the drinks that I’ve had so far are really delicious, and I can be a bit picky so I was very impressed as far as that goes😅. (Iced Jasmine green tea and iced coffee) Unfortunately, there were several shortages when I came in (out of espresso beans😕), and the cups and lids are very low quality. My cup broke when I was putting my lid back on, which was a common problem from what I was hearing. They gave me a new drink, then later in the day, my cup broke again for truly no reason.

The WiFi is pretty bad in my experience, which makes it difficult for me to choose over a drive through coffee if I can’t really hangout and do work on my laptop. Anyway, I hope some of these issues are amended, because the neighborhood is in need of a place like this! I’m rooting for you!

Stopped in for a cup of coffee with my husband. King and his team were warm, kind, and happy to see us. This was our first visit. Best customer service and good coffee! Thank you...we'll be back!

I’d like to start this review by stating the staff at this new coffee shop was very friendly and helpful. With that said, I’m writing this review because I walked to this place 5 days in a row only to be told they don’t have any cold brew. This is particularly annoying because they advertise and promote all of their delicious sounding cold brew options pretty aggressively inside and outside of the shop.

We love Qargo! We go almost every morning. The staff is very friendly. Free refills on drip coffee and tea! Shout-out to King who is almost always helping us when we come in.

Great coffee shop that’s NOT Starbucks!

King, Jocelyn, & Haley served me today. Top notch service, even better attitudes, personalized recommendations, & phenomenal products. I got the americano & will be back to try most everything on the menu. The only coffee shop that stays open late as well 💯 late night affogatos yes please
