These baristas take their craft very seriously here, the coffee is strong and tasty. The service is also always friendly each time I go. I appreciate a space that is as passionate about coffee as I am <3

Great atmosphere, cool baristas, real sense of community. Yummy coffee! Chatted with the barista about a shared love of an underground band they had a cassette tape of. Good vibes.

The coffee is so-so. No restroom so they directed me to the food court nearby where the restrooms are locked and they don't share the key with coffee shop customers. No one pays $5 for a coffee so they can run around dtla with a sore bladder 😥
I will say the decor is pretty tight

This is truly a wonderful bar because they have a nice and friendly atmosphere. I was just alcohol tasting, and I rewarded myself with a great experience: A must stop for anyone looking for a place to chill!

I've had about a dozen different places for lattes. The lattes here are by far the best I've had. It's easy to see why Forbes called them one of the best coffee shops around.

Great quality coffee. Very casual vibe with super laid back baristas. There are no tables and very limited seating. Great place for a quick caffeine fix.

Loved the dry cappuccino so much I got a second, even though I’m supposed to limit my caffeine. Exceptional when paired with a PB toast with honey and their fun, chatty customer service

Cool little spot. Despite their protestations, the people are awesome.

No Ghost Bears. For a while I thought this place was called No Great Beards so I refained from entering on account of my beard. Fortunately I am not a ghost or a bear or a ghost bear so coffee is served to me here in a delightfuly affable manner. I'm writing this review just in case anyone else is confused or intimidated. Moving along to the coffee. It reminds me of the song "I'm just a poor boy no body loves me I'm just a poor boy from a poor family." And then the guitar solo in that song by queen. I don't know why, it just does!

Had an awesome mocha and black sesame latte. The smoked fish sandwich was also delicious!
