I don't drink coffee but the energy here brings me back often. Great place for Bicycle Messengers to CoLab.

Will definitely doesn't mind telling you like it is! And I appreciate it! In a world where everyone else sugar coats everything he doesn't mind giving it to you straight up. Unapologetic and awesome! We went here after I was intrigued by the visuals of the initial Coffee Collab. I wasn't disappointed at all! The specialty drinks weren't your everyday typical "third wave" lavender infused whatever. Using some root beer extract and other items made for a delicious and refreshing beverage.

Straightforward service, great cold brew. good conversation and great stop on a hot day. 12/10 would visit again

Cute place, very charming and cool. But the coffee is awful, like in so many places in California. Totally over-roasted, grinds over-packed... Result is it tastes super acidic like poison... This place would not last a day in Italy. Sorry!

I accidentally found this lovely coffee shop when I was walking alone in Santee Street. Since I was tired and hungry, I decided to stop by. I had no idea how their coffees taste like but I ordered myself a cup of Cortado and a raspberry donut. The place was small but I was able to sit myself without waiting. It took time for them to prepare my order but that was okay because it's worth the wait. Seriously if you want a good coffee, you should visit this place. You will not be disappointed. If I have a free time, I will visit them again to try few more drinks. I only wish they had WiFi for a greater experience staying there.

Decided to try this place due to the reviews and was fairly disappointed. It's tucked away in an alley and has seating outside, but only a couple of stools inside to sit.

This being our first time we want to check out what to order but there is no menu. The barista said that it is listed on the wall but since they recently painted it, it was just a bare wall.

Ended up just getting a cappuccino which was good. Just wish we would be able to see a menu or to be able to order some sort of food.

I was looking for a new coffee house in downtown la and came across "Coffee Colab" with rave reviews. So I went and tried it! What a big disappoint! It was small no pastries and coffee was average to Dunkin' Donuts or donut shop. I'm sorry, but wouldn't come here again. There are many coffee shops in downtown that should receive 4.7 and above. This one should be a 2.5 for the decor.

Good coffee, nice dudes. If you tried to be more of a skater bro hangout, you couldn't do it. It was a little off-putting as someone who fits in at a "normal" cafe, but the staff were nice and it was a cute little place, so I can't fault them for having a vibe!

It's a great layout forsure! There's that undeniable chill vibe you have as you walk closer to this slightly hidden coffee shop. Awesome playlist too. The latte was amazing. It had that distinct balance of espresso strength and steamed milk. But, it's not the ideal work place setting with its few chairs and no wifi. I'll definitely come back for a hangout spot with friends - IF I can manage to get a chair for more than one person. Interesting staff (and I mean that as a compliment). Like I said, I've never been to such a chill place before.

TRUTH HURTS

Neck tattooed guy threatened me with knocking over my bike parked in the curve. This guy is a tug. He said he was the owner. Shameful place!
