Nice place. Great funky vibe and the coffee is great here.

My favorite coffee shop when I travel to LA from Europe. I love drip coffee and Matcha Latte. I like how the stuff is the same every year I visit. Mike is such a great Barista. Very creative people are hanging out there. Very kind stuff. Such a refreshment every time I visit. Highly recommended

Was in the downtown area on some business and decided to try a new coffee shop. Gotta give this place 5 stars because their coffee is great, the guy behind the counter was cool, and the location took me off the main streets but still felt like downtown. Prices are typical downtown, didn't ask about WiFi. Don't expect to come here to work on your computer. Come here to enjoy the coffee and people.

Stopped here for a morning pick me up and stayed for an hour, nicest people, great food and ingredients, probably could have stayed all day!

Only minus a star for out of stock items (they've been out of stock for a while.) The sourdough grilled cheese, lavender espresso, and sugar cookie were great.

I've been here twice and Coffee Colab has the best cold brew I've had to date! The cold brew itself tastes very smooth and clean. I asked them to make it slightly sweetened and it changed the flavor, but in a great way. Will definitely be back!

I passed through here hoping to have some coffee and a snack. The whole place was crowded at the door with homeless and random loitering people. Their was no parking at all and I just didn't even try to go. Too bad I wanted to try this place out

I had been wanting to try this place for quite some time literally just from seeing the name pop up on googlemaps. I finally stopped in this past weekend with a friend and it was well worth the anticipation. I really appreciated the simplicity of this coffee shop - referring both to the menu and the shop itself. The interior is uncomplicated, clean, and accented with a few cheeky images on the floor and walls - cute and brutally honest. You'll see. They do coffee and espresso and they do what they do well and don't attempt to do too much like many coffee shops end up doing. My espresso shot was made perfectly by our barista and my friend commented on how much she liked her drink later as well. The barista was efficient, friendly, and quirky, and quite honestly made the experience for us with a conversation that kept us engaged for much longer than we expected to stay. Once other customers wandered in, we retreated to the standing bars to page through some books on the history of Los Angeles. No Ghost Bears is a gem worth seeking out. I will definitely be returning frequently whenever I am downtown.

Shockingly delicious coffee. I do agree with other reviewers who say that the lack of seating is a downer, but the weather in LA is rarely bad enough that you can't take advantage of the sweet outdoor seating here. I'll be coming back whenever I can, because they know how to make a great coffee and baristas are just cool people.

This place rules. The dude made a crazy delicious croissant and was really nice and the design of the Cafe is sick.
