I visited for my first time this morning. As I was struggling to find a coffee I wanted, Jonathan quickly guided me through a few of his recommendations. Not only was his customer service fantastic but his recommendation and attentiveness to detail was on point. Thank you! That kind of customer service will go a long way. Don't change.

Great coffee shop that hits all the criteria:
1. Great coffee
2. Great ambiance
3. Good wifi with plenty of plugs
4. Great service

It’s fun to see such a quality Korean-owned coffee shop! Took some of the single origin Colombian home and it’s delicious, as well!

Food is good. However in case you want to tip them, think about the amount because they will charge a mandatory “for here” fee (9.25 percent) by default.

I am in love with their New Orleans cold brew. Always got it half-sweet with oat milk, a highlight of my day. Not so blown away by their pastry rec though — I’d skip the ricotta cake (too dodgy/sweet) and go with the herb tomato savory danish instead.

The lavender matcha and lavender milk tea were both amazing.

Absolutely love the pastries, drinks, and atmosphere. A gem in the city

They know coffee. They have a good barista who can make hand drip and cold brew. Try all the things if you like coffee.

The Alchemist has the best coffee in all of LA. I drive from the South Bay because I know the coffee is always spot on. I’ve spent the last few years trying coffee shops from Pasadena all the way to Long Beach, and this place still takes the crown. The staff is friendly and will always offer great recommendations.

Today I went for an iced vanilla latte with oat milk, and it was everything I hoped it to be.
