Great find through another app! Super friendly staff. Our waitress was happy to tell us her favorite dishes. And they have vegetarian options which is great! Food was wonderful. Very old school diner vibe to the place. Highly recommended. Oh, take cash! They don't accept cards.

Love this place. Delicious food, great coffee with a different special flavored coffee depending on the day, fairly affordable (especially if you get the combo: pancakes or french toast, eggs, sausage or bacon). Excellent service and friendly staff. Highly recommend. Be aware it can be pretty busy on weekends.

The food here is delicious! The service is not consistent; total hit and miss. The service used to be better with the prior owners, but for the last 3.5 years...not as good. As others have stated, there were many times we would only see our server once and never again. I used to order from this place all the time when I lived in Long Beach...nearly every day. I would hire a messenger to come here and retrieve my food. I did not want to hassle with the cash only issue, limited parking or the line. The cash only is so unacceptable. It is the reason I'm harshly deducting two stars. There is no reason to be cash only nowadays unless you're trying to hide money and not pay taxes! Cash only is the most ridiculous, hippy-granola, idiotic way to conduct business! I always get the Cajun scramble with a side of the Chile verde sauce. It's so good.

Good breakfast food, average service, food came out on time, prices are decent around $35-38 for 2 people. Its cash only I did not knew that going in but they have ATM inside so that was not a problem at all.

Yes, if you ll try to go on the weekend for breakfast -LINE WILL BE SUPER LONG - they do have some chairs outside. People are standing with their coffee mugs while waiting in line, Its a fun experience especially if you are visiting LB and want to meet people or talk to new people totally worth to go. I do believe that, that experience is what drives the hype about this place because food is good but not that amazing to stand in a line for hours -its the socializing aspect of it. I also went for lunch time on the weekend and there was no wait.

Place inside is clean and big. Interior has sammie old dinner’s look, good for groups or for couples, if you go there alone you might feel lonely. Not a dog friendly place and Okey for kids. Majority young people’s spot. As i sad has ATM inside, parking lot on the side is small so go look for the street parking.

Its located in a nice area good to walk around after breakfast or lunch has tons of good boutiques and small shops that mostly carry made in California stuff.

Overall I do recommend to try this place.

The food is good. The service is not that great. The dirty plates stay in your table and you have to go after them to get you something you need. The waitress is a little rude. Only cash is accepted. If you don't care much for the service but good food this is the place.

This place a great!!! The food portions are just right and the prices are affordable. They also have outside seating during this pandemic. The one “negative” thing I would say is that there isn’t many tables outside and you might have to wait a bit but other than that everything is great!!!!

This place is amazing! There may be a wait but they are fast a friendly. Food is amazing!! So fresh and tasty! They carry multiple homemade salsas too! One of my favorite breakfasts spots for sure!

Well I been coming here for years and I do clearly notice the changes that are taking place... and I have enjoyed the food in the past years but with the new changes that are taking place... I thing I'm going to find another place.... you guys had an amazing wheat bread and now your replacement bread is just like any other place quality is substandard please revert back to previous type... these small changes make a huge difference in overall quality and most of all in the taste... in addition before the omlettes used to have plenty of cheese and now you barely notice it.... I know business is tough these days... increase your price instead of reducing the quality and overall taste of the food.. if not you will notice a decrease in your regular customers.

My favorite place for breakfast. There's always a wait on weekends, but it's not too bad. Bring your appetite, and grab a complimentary cup of coffee while you wait to be seated. They have every kind of omelette/scramble to satisfy anyone's craving. The pancakes are some of the best I've had. When I'm feeling extra gluttony, I choose the stuffed French toast. Portions are huge!

Such a sweet breakfast/lunch spot! I love their chocolate chip pancakes and the eggs Benedict is delicious! The servers are friendly, especially at the counter. They always have an extra cup of coffee for me to go. Cash only, tho they have an ATM onsite (charges like 3$).
