Coffee is great!! Ordered via Amazon on Tuesday morning, did not arrive until Friday at noon. I live 6 hours away. Maybe the coffee had to be roasted.

Was a little hard to find due to GPS. The coffee smells amazing when you walk up to the door. Very friendly environment. Lots of coffee selections to choose from. I am anxious to try the different flavors!

The coffee, alone, is a reason to never buy anywhere else. I have come to expect 5 star products and customer service when things go well. When things don't go well (most recently, I forgot to monitor auto-ship and nearly ran out!) they go above and beyond and fix my mistakes immediately. Thank you!

Great coffee, never disappointed.

LOVE their coffee. My fave is Rainforest blend or French Roast. I buy fresh beans and grind them daily.

Very easy to order and they have a great selection. Cheaper than most coffee sites

Terrible customer service and never reply for refund request email three times.. loved coffee but to the trash can as of today.

They have great tours. Samples are also available when they're open.
