The best coffee you’ll ever drink !!! People complain about their customer service but we know you’re still buying their coffee ☕️ ... You know you want a cup !!!!

Coffee is good but their abysmal customer service, particularly "Linda", whose responses are riddled with condescending undertones, isn't worth the frustration of dealing with them any longer. I've ordered from them directly for almost 2 years and each time I've had to deal with their customer service it's resulted in infuriating frustration...like their claim today of offering Veterans/Military 40% discount yet their site isn't set up to verify through ID.me, so it was nothing more than a ploy to get people to their site today. I answered accordingly, I just canceled my recurring orders and ordered Maud's pods... Maud's coffee is just as good but with better customer service.

The coffee is great although the packaging needs work there is at least 1 pod in every bag so far that is broken open, and obviously you as a company don't really care what people write because I don't see a single response most likely will look for another coffee that's just as good

I really enjoy the coffee from SF Bay Coffee Co. I have been ordering it for about 4 years. I use the OneCups because they taste great, are very affordable, and they don't produce the waste that most KCup style pods do. My favorite flavor is probably Kona but I also love French Roast and Java Love. Ordering online is really easy and they have lots of sales and coupons that I use to stock up.

Love their coffee and don't live very far so stopped by to visit their store. Sadly, due to Covid they have closed the store and the only option for purchase remain via retail locations or a shipped online order.

This is the finest coffee I have ever tasted. I had a little problem with an order and they were very generous and helpful in making sure I was happy and compensated. THere needs to be more companies like this with stellar integrity. THank you so much, Donna

By far the best coffee I have ever had. Brews perfectly in my Keurig , if you haven't tried it please do. I buy mine at Raleys but I'm sure you can find it anywhere

Amazing coffee, great customer service and another bonus is their single serve pods are environmentally friendly. The Fog Chaser and Donut Shop blends are amazing.

I went to San Francisco Bay Coffee Company for a job interview.
It was easy to find, inside a very large building, and the security guard at the gate was kind and professional as was Sarah, the receptionist in the office.
Inside, I saw several people working in various offices and some folks coming in from the main plant wearing hair nets and other garb to meet the plant's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
I met with Beverlee, a manager, in a side office and we discussed the Company and my work history to see if I fit their needs.
After a while of discussion I thanked her left.
I like the Company and believe that I would be a good fit there to help make a positive difference!

Best tour . Learn alot of San Francisco Coffee Company. And how they take care of the coffee farmers & families all over the world. They try to strive to have the best coffee on the market. Will be a lifetime drinker.
