I had a few hiccups in a recent order with them and could not have been treated any better by their Support team. They swiftly and professionally resolved my issues going above and beyond in the process. This is a family owned business for decades and it really shows. You're not going to get service like this by Amazon or Starbucks. Highly recommended.

I stumbled on this brand on Amazon and began to purchase directly from them soon thereafter. This family-owned coffee company makes EXCELLENT coffee in convenient Keurig-friendly pods that are ALSO earth friendly! 🌍

My 3 favorite flavors?
French Roast (I buy both regular and decaf - both are delicious!) this is my go-to, morning and evening coffee

Extra Dark Italian Roast (OMG - just sayin’!!) <— so good! (my afternoon treat)

Rainforest Blend (a little lighter for those times when you want/need coffee but not ready for the bold French or Italian blends).

So happy to have found this company - except,…it has spoiled me and I no longer want to hit the local coffee shop. My morning cup at home tastes better (& saves me money!) ☕️

My wife and I searched and searched for the best French roast coffee. Well we found it in San Francisco Bay. Never found another as good. Sometimes when traveling we'll say to one another, "I can't wait to get home to get a good cup of coffee."

Home is in Connecticut so we buy on line, four 3-pound bags at a time. We've never had a problem with delivery; the coffee comes like clockwork every few weeks. We've been buying like this for over 10 years and look forward to many more. Can't beat the price, especially for gourmet coffee. And no, we're not being paid to write this review. Bill

I've been buying San Francisco Bay coffee for many years. It's consistently an excellent product. When Costco stopped carrying my favorite (ground French Roast and now Fog Lifter), I ordered online. Shipping is very fast, and prices are as good as Costco! Today I discovered how EXCELLENT the customer service at SFBC is. My issue (post office related) was addressed immediately with a return order shipped promptly. I will be gifting my slightly incorrect order to a local charity per the offer from Tricia at SFBC....this company cares about their customers and their product! I wish there were 10 stars!

Great tour very impressive how they own all their coffee farms around the world. They help the farmers build schools and house for workers. They actually get in there and work hands on to help. Their pods are environmentally safe. Besides the coffee tastes great.

It's great to see a local company that's taking the bull by the horns and come up with a growing problem with the pods for your coffee makers. Their quality of coffee stands for itself. Since we've tried their coffee the only thing that we've been buying is they're Fog Chaser! Great people to deal with, anytime I get a chance to help a local company get ahead it's just that much better to the whole community.
