naenae hey!
Ate here for lunch today and we found 2 hairs in both of our separate dishes. We sat down and ordered before tons of people and were the last to get our food. Overall service was a zero for us. The waitresses were nice that’s what got the star. :/

Every single time I order sausage, it's very greasy and half cooked. When I ordered Salisbury Steak, the steak was a hamburger patty-half of it was black coal. I had a chicken fried steak there, too. It was mostly fat, gristle, and a LOT of flour-not much meat to be found. The waitresses are great-the cook is real bad at cooking

I walked in on a whim after a stroll through Sequoia National Forest (visiting from San Diego and came up to pig hunt) and ordered the best country fried steak and eggs I've ever had. I was given the option of biscuits and gravy or hash browns and somehow ended up with both. I can't even begin to articulate how good it was. You can tell everything was from scratch and cooked with heart. The waitress was beyond accommodating as well. Wonderful bedside manner. I would make the drive again solely for their breakfast. Keep up the amazing work.

Food was good. Good portions. Wait staff needs a lot more training! Had dinner, was seated, waited, 15 minutes later flagged down wait person to take order. No one knew prices of the "specials". Had to ask for steak knife. Wooden handle missing a screw, so it wiggled when cutting, and last but not least, asked for lemon wedges for fish dinner. Wait person brought them out in their hand! No bowl we asked? No, the dish washer keeps breaking them, So they are on order. Good grief!!! So sad they re-built this place and lost their good waitresses.

The meatloaf here is DELICIOUS. I love meatloaf so much, but it's increasingly difficult to find. There must be a fellow meatloaf-lover in the kitchen because it was phenomenal. The ketchup glaze was smoky, caramelized, and tasty. The meat was flavorful, juicy, and studded with aromatic vegetables. I got two fat slices in my order, which I finished completely. The brown gravy from the mashed potatoes was also a nice complement to it. The maple bacon green beans with which it's served were AMAZING. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal here and will be back again for this meatloaf!

The atmosphere is great! The food was okay, but nothing special. The service was a little on the slow side, especially considering there were only two other tables sat in the whole place. We never received a ticket to pay, so just pointed out where we sat when we went to the register. Overall, not an awful experience, but I'd probably not go back.

The Dam Korner Cafe was my favorite place in town to have breakfast. Now that it has been remodeled it is my go-to place for lunch too. Really great job on the real wood counters and tables. Good friendly staff. Just a quick hop from the lake and only seconds from the 178. Try it, you'll like it. (Sorry... I reserve 5 stars for Damons in Glendale)

Service was great! Food was pretty good for basic diner food. I usually prefer lighter choices. It's clean and they have an awesome little sports bar next door with great food for lunch and dinner.
