Good local coffee shops so I don't have to get Starbucks. Just make sure to do an add shot if you really want to taste the coffee.

Beautiful store with friendly staff. Lots to choose from. Great smoothies, coffee and teas. They even have a full cabinet of pastries. Nice tables out front to enjoy and pass the time. I forgot how much I love this place. Will come by more often. Dog friendly too!

Parking is a challenge in the Lake Arrowhead Village, and we had to drive around a bit before a spot opened up. There iced macha tea was very good, and the baristas were all very nice. We sat inside on some rather well-worn overstuffed chairs and enjoyed good conversation - both with our own party and the customers sitting next to us.

Terrible service. We came in a full hour before closing and they said they "weren't serving off the menu anymore." We couldn't even order a sandwich! The previous time we came in, they were playing very odd music with a woman singing lovingly about killing herself... when I mentioned to the cashier that this kind of music was really not appropriate for my children, she took offense. This place has really gone down hill.

Great paninis and very good crepes. Hardly any wait time and seating available outside. Had the smoothie and albeit very sweet it was ok, I'd recommend the lattes instead. Very good customer service.

Terrible place, ordered an iced latte and asked for a water in a regular cup unfriendly light-reddish long haired troll at register didn't even bother to tell me I would be charged $0.50, I took it anyway. Iced latte with 3 shots came out in 3 seconds, tasted bland and was 90% milk I asked for a replacement, they poured another shot in from a pitcher that has a few drips left...
1-Stale old espresso in a pitcher
2-Stale milk
3-Had the worst stomach ache immediately after and still 5 hours later.

Wouldn't even bother to leave a review for a Coffee shop, but this was such a bad experience all the way around I felt it was important to let people know to stay away from this total disaster establishment.

Love the wonderful array of teas. The café has a cozy positive energy and the employees have a smile on their faces and willing to assist their customers. Very inviting.

I really loved how super friendly the staff was here. However we got the chocolate mousse pie and it wasn't that good it tasted stale and the chocolate leaf on it tasted like plastic which really saddened me because the staff was super nice here. We did however love the frappuccinos here

Worst customer service ever! The food was the worst the smoothies were the worst. Someone took my food and when I said something about it there response was “order another one”.

Whenever I'm in the village, this is my go-to for coffee and tea.
If you are adventurous I would recommend either the lavender or the rose tea latte. Although another review did not favor the taste, every person is subject to their own opinion.
Their panini sandwiches are also delicious!
If you like artichokes, the turkey basil pesto and artichoke Panini with melted mozzarella is top notch!
