This place is run by teenagers that don’t care about their job. They had one person making food while everyone else just stood around chatting. I had to wait 20 + minutes for an egg sandwich. Asked about it 3 times and no one moved to help the one person make the food. Others were also frustrated waiting for their food as well. Wish I could speak to the manager, so many ways you can improve running a place like this. And to have young people take ownership of their job.

This place was GREAT! Their desserts and pastries are delicious and unique! Their Boba is some of the best I’ve had. They ENFORCE the mask mandate!! That’s a GOOD thing! Almost no one else does in Arrowhead. I took joy in hearing “No mask, no service” and they stood by it. I felt safe, and respected as humans. THANK YOU!

So happy to have found this coffee place in the lake arrowhead village. I was helped right away. I got a hazelnut macchiato. So delicious 😋.The employees were very nice and I appreciate that they asked us to put our masks on 😷. I didn't take pictures of the inside but it was very nice and comfy looking. They have seating inside and outside. Prices were 👍.

I kind of reminded me of teavanna where I bought a tea bag but I couldn't afford the accessories. I bought a pretty drink the service was okay but they have their regulars which they are overall much nicer too.

We have been coming here for over 10 years, but the new owners are very rude and told us to leave the outside table after we had bought 4 drinks, 2 ice creams and pastries because my 6 year old nephew had a box of chicken nuggets. They said he could go sit on the grass area by himself.

Super nice staff , very helpful with suggestions. The staff was like a bunch of bees buzzing around handling the orders as quick as people came in. The vibe was upbeat. I look forward to making this a normal stop when I'm in the area.

Terrible customer service. No understanding of simple requests, barista was rolling her eyes and cursing under her breath. How dare I ask for egg whites and no cheese on my breakfast sandwich. Highly unprofessional barista, terribly inflexibe. Coffee was weak and barely lukewarm. Will not ever be coming back.

I ordered an iced coffee and it honestly didn't taste like anything. They did remake it but it didn't improve

The pastries were "meh". They weren't tasty. We had the chocolate croissant, strawberry cream cheese croissant, and blueberry muffin. The pastries were lacking. They needed more fruit, more chocolate, and more flavor.
