I stopped here to get a quick snack. They are located within Lake Arrowhead village. The coffee shop is tiny but there’s tables and chairs to hang out. The place was clean and well kept. The cashier was friendly and didn’t rush me with my order. They have coffee, tea, and frappes. I ordered a chocolate frappe and chocolate muffin. The drink was good because it tasted like a chocolate smoothie with a faint taste of coffee. I’m not much of a coffee drinker but the combination was good. It tasted like a mocha Frappuccino. The chocolate muffin tasted good too. It didn’t taste stale or burnt. It’s a good shop to give you the caffeine fix to continue enjoying the great outdoors.

Rude to employee in front of a line of customers. The way she spoke to employees was disgusting, entitled and classist.
Its not worth supporting this type of behavior.

Update 1/2/19: Unfortunately I can no longer recommend coming here. The owner has expanded into the building next door, as well as opened up a new facility down the hill and in doing so has decided to lower the quality of ingredients to try and save money. Nothing here tastes the same (in fact much of the food no longer tastes good) and portion sizes have shrunk. I used to come in here for meetings quite often, but no longer.

Original Review: Excellent place to get your coffee or tea. They have numerous tea flavors which are also available in bulk. They make fresh breakfast and lunch crepes that are out of this world. And to top it all off, the service is great and always served with a smile.

The staff was infuriating. They forgot about my order (which can be forgiven), but there were around five employees (some “off the clock”) who were standing behind the counter just chatting. When I went to check on my order, one girl could not have been more passive aggressive and intentionally slow putting on the sleeve and lid and then walked across the counter and yelled out the order. I had already waited 30 minutes for a coffee. An apology or acknowledgement and handing me the coffee would’ve been decent customer service. Great potential for the establishment, but they need better employees.

Always great service and specialties I can't feet anywhere else. I've been coming to this shop since they opened in the village. They take the time to brew your tea the required number of minutes.
I love the cold drinks in the summer but this time of year it's nice to have a London Fog tea or Gingwr Peach. My daughter's had different flavors variations of the matcha.

Great coffee, hot chocolate, crepe and cookies! We pigged out haha all of it was great! Also, employees were amazing! They are sweet, non-judgy and caring towards all customers. Every single customer was treated with respect and kindness.

The staff was awesome. The crepes where good. One of the better smoothies I've had in the area. Was quite a bit of a wait. Uncertain if that was due to staffing or a rush of customers. Over all a good experience

I came in for hot cider, I let them know my name was Loki. I was telling my friend near by I was trying to keep "a low-key", with names. Got dirty look from cashier. Long story short would go again.

We ordered an iced matcha latte and iced coffee with a splash of milk. The matcha wasn’t even stirred so the powder was lumpy and came out in a sugar, milk, and green layer and the “splash” was way way too much. The service is extremely slow despite have six people working. The star worthy part of this place as far as the takeout cafe part goes was whoever was on the register yesterday morning. What a delightful, cheery, and patient guy.

STAY AWAY, Probably the worst coffee shop I have ever been to.

Awful customer service & coffee

-they don’t call the names for order loud enough and don’t call the names for the order several times. My coffee sat on the counter for several minutes. The names aren’t written legibly on the cups so even if you want to check if it’s yours you cant bc it’s in legible.

-when I reached the register, the cashier person just stared at me. Did not greet, say hello, or ask, “what would you like to order?”. I was shocked at the level of purposefully bad customer service

-all the baristas are talking to each other and take forever to serve a simple drip. It took over 10 minutes to serve mine.

STAY AWAY!!!!
