This place definitely is NOT your destination for coffee,

The staff are slow and they don't seem to be concerned about the long line.

So after standing in line for about 40 minutes the macchiato we were served was completely under brewed and cold. I had to throw my cup away after the first Sip and had to go to another place for my coffee.

When I asked for honey to add to coffee surprisingly they wanted to charge me for it! This has never happenned before!

I do NOT recommend this place.

Croissants are good and pretty big but drinks were just ok. The espresso has a very light flavor.

Stella with the Bright Fairy-Blue Short Haircut was all smiles while patiently providing Excellent Customer Service. Very ease to approach as she readily answered all my product, seasonal as well as my silly but personal questions. Large assortment of Teas to go along with great Pastries, Coffee and the small reading library. Well worth visit especially before the Mad Rush before Christmas and the Summer Season. Oh yes, the warm Blueberry Pastry with Wipped-Cream Hot Chocolate was superb on this very chilly afternoon. Enjoy.

The coffee beverages were good, but the baristas need training. One girl had a mask but was constantly touching these long tendrils of hair around her face. The pastries were hard and stale, should not have been served or at least advised day or two or more old, and not charging full price.

Unfortunately had a terrible experience. The crepe I ordered was doughy, didn’t have fresh strawberries as I thought would being that it was $9, and the customer service was lacking. The decor is off & there is no a/c. Even as a local I will never be back.

This place is always busy, but for good reason. Their drinks and food have always been excellent, as well as their service.

First time going to this place service was great and food was awesome coffee cake and Panini we're out of this world and Carly was really helpful and friendly more places need workers like her worth the drive from Escondido to lake arrowhead would definitely recommend stopping by especially on a day when there is snow out

Good place, don’t get the lavender latte though, it’s terrible. Absolutely terrible. Cook is very accommodating. Crepe has frozen strawberries too. Not that good actually, giving 4 stars Bc the cook is nice. ALSO some sandwiches are very good and we love the cook we love him protect him at all costs.

Working from home is better thanks to this place. I love that they are keeping us safe by following State guidelines, and asking consumers to wear a mask. Thanks for always making a great coffee.

Service is pretty quick even when crowded. Coffee is delicious! Friendly and mindful service. They also offer some yummy pastries.
