This place has gone downhill.
I sandwich didn't even come with a pickle, an Orange wedge a bag of chips--- nothing. It took forever to get 3 sandwiches. I don't cook but I can honestly make a better sandwich than they did.the gift store is stuff that I can buy it Raleigh's. I was very disappointed they've really gone down hill over the last few years. Bummer!

Very nice facility with friendly staff!
Learned a lot about Farmers in the Valley and got to enjoy a very yummy Veggie Sandwich. Food is very affordable and delicious!
Would recommend for family and friends!

The sandwiches are quite good and the cheese selection is excellent. I like that they also have an excellent wine selection.

This is our third time going for a field trip. The hosts were great with the kids. We really enjoyed it.

My son went here for his field trip. It was a couple kindergarten classes. I was chaperone. The kids had tons of fun. There was alot of information given out that I didnt even know about cows, milk and cheese. That was awesome. BUUUTT, It was sooooooo hot upstairs! Omg... very warm. They shud try and do something about that. Also, they had us going up and down and up and down the stairs. I feel like it shud be better organized. The flow of the presentation and tour should flow better. I also think that more should be offered for the kids. They get to make ice cream which is cool, BUT that's thee only cool thing there was. Other than that they stayed in a confined place and put on a costume once. But that was it. Side note, the cheese they gave us to taste was BOMB BOMB BOMB!!!!!!! lol

I have eaten there in the past at the small restaurant down stairs and it was sooooooo fresh and yummy!!!

Very pretty and clean store. Clerks were nice. Very touristy. Would like to return and see more.

It's a very educational place to see what cows eat and how cheese is made.They have a banquet area and they serve great food.They have yummy sandwiches and Ice Cream.Lots of variety of cheese & wine.Nice atmosphere.Its worth it.And you can take beautiful pics of the waterfall and rock walls and a bridge.Beautiful Landscape.

Hilmar cheese company is a great place to take your kids. Educational and food from the Cafe is awesome!

Super fun and educational for the kids. We did the ice cream making activity and watched the moovie. It was cute.

Excellent place for you cheese lovers the deli food was fantastic you got to try the cheese soup
