Klatch Coffee Fontana- Drive Thru

So far everything has been great here. Love the Show off Sandwich with the salsa on the side. All drinks are amazing. Toasted Cinnamon twists-- amazing.
They're also a lot more down to earth, and friendly here, compared to Rancho and Ontario.

Surprisingly, they had a root beer float on their menu, so of course I hade to try it. Did not disappoint.

I usually come here every now and then and the food and service is always great. I ordered a chipotle grilled cheese and after a few bites I realized there was a big piece of paper inside. Please be careful when ordering food here and always double check. Sad that the workers didn't see this, it was not a small piece of paper.

This has been a place of comfort as we recently had a difficult time. The staff is always so kind even though they know nothing of what we’re going through, they go out of they’re way to make us feel welcome. We enjoy everything about this treasure, from the yummy coffee to the delicious food to the delectable cinnamon twist. Most of all though, the staff is the best

I think there is something wrong with the food here. I’ve been multiple times but the last two times I got really sick with food poisoning. The first time I thought it was just because I had take some acetaminophen with the coffee the second time I got a sandwich and coffee and an hour later I was violently sick. I notice other people have been commenting issues with expired/ mishandled food so I definitely think they are not doing something right. Service is good , cute place but won’t be going back. Someone from the health department should look into them.

Coffee is good, we've been here twice since we got here in Cali. But the service is very slow, 30min for coffee I think that's is too long and the cookies I had is bad..

So their coffee is great, however, their service is abysmal. I typically spend around 20 minutes in the drive through just to get a coffee....thata is if....their speaker and kids are working which in most cases they are not. Wish they had more expedite service

Iced chai latte is my fav here. But the drive thru is horrendous. It’s worse than Starbucks. 3 cars ahead me & yet I have waited 20 mins! If you’re in a hurry. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Always on point. The people are super cool here and the wait may be long at times but they are really nice and friendly so a little time to get the coffee doesn't hurt the overall rating. Food is always fresh also.

Very good coffee, most important thing.
Secondly, customer service was excellent.
Thirdly, very clean and spacious.
Got the cold brew, caramel coffee and it didn't disappoint.
I recommend this place.
