Klatch Coffee Fontana- Drive Thru

I've been a customer of klatch coffee now for 10 years and they've never let me down. I only use their beans in my coffee. I love how great it is to go there and have a cup of coffee and sit and talk with friends. The staff is always very friendly and professional.

Update 7/14/22 ((Fontana Store): I've always been very happy with Klatch but recently I'm a little disappointed with an experience. I went to buy a fresh bag of coffee and noticed that the door was locked and there was a sign saying drive through only. It was 5pm on a Thursday. I then preceded to the drive through sitting behind 3 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the order screen I asked the girl why was the store closed. She said they where understaffed. I said so your going to make your customers wait in a long line of cars just to buy a bag of coffee beans? Why don't you just close the drive through down and make everyone walk into the store. Her response was to apologize as expected. I understand that the restaurant business is suffering because of the effects of Covid. But this isn't the entire picture of the industry. The industry is suffering because it refuses to pay living wages (not minimum wage or a little higher) to its employees. Not to mention the several times recently that I've walked into this store (Fontana) and their almost completely out of bags of coffee and espresso. If your not willing to retain people through paying them a living wage which in turn would allow you to get better store management. Why should we continue to do business with Klatch Coffee in it's current state? And yes I'm willing to pay more for my cup of coffee knowing that you do care about your employees welfare instead of your profits. I'm lowering my original score down from a 5 to a 3.

Finally. Some competition for Starbucks. I hope they expand. My only gripe is it took about 25 minutes to get the drive thru with 7 cars ahead of me. Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry...but good coffee.

Clean and friendly shop. Food is way better than Starbucks food but I do not like their coffee and or espresso so I normally hit both places 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

My husband loves their patio drink. We always have a pleasant experience when we stop here. I would definitely try this place if you want coffee on a different level 😉.

Great coffee and great service. I must admit that this place is better than star bucks. They have some yummy baked goods and snacks as well. The drive thru is quick and effective.

Klatch is the best, I was so happy to see this location on our way to Las Vegas. I love the way they do their coffee and they have the best cold brew. I can't wait for them to expand to more places. Klatch has really good food and the quality is incredible. You gotta check this place out and you won't be disappointed. I love this place and can't wait to go back.

I haven't even finished my coffee yet and had to give this place a 5 star shout-out. Fantastic service, very friendly and knowledgeable. Hands down best Iced Vanilla Latte I have ever had, so glad they recommended it AND even double checked that I liked it before I drove off. I'll definitely be back and recommending to friends.

Delicious coffee and excellent customer service. Definitely will be returning, even if it's a bit out of my way. I got the creme brulee (hot) and it was delightful. Not too sweet, which is how I like it. I got it with whole milk, but I'll be trying their house-made almond milk in the near future! I also got their espresso chocolate chip muffin and it was so good!

Love the staff here and the amazing baristas. I’m a consistent costumer and am always happy to part ways with my cash for their services. Most importantly, Jorge and Stephanie have provided a consistent excellent service for the past year and a half. Caring, kind, and always making a conversation: these two team members (along with Candice) are exemplary employees and should be rewarded as so.

Jorge makes those iced americanos great and is one of the only few who can make an iced espresso not taste bitter.

Make sure these two are well-compensated, they’re the bread and butter of this establishment.
