Klatch Coffee Fontana- Drive Thru

Today was my 2nd visit to this location. 1st visit special flavored order just tasted like plain coffee. This time my order was wrong and they don't answer the phone to assist in making it right. Will not return.

Thrilled for this location and drive thru! The coffee is great and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

The service is awesome way better coffee than starbucks or amyother coffee. Customer service is on the point.

I want to give this place 5 stars but they run out of products all the time and i find myself regularly disappointed because they run out of whatever I want to order. Otherwise the food and service is great.

Super nice young lady not only made the most delicious tea, but filled my water bottle up with ice. I was on my bike and she asked how my ride was going and how I was feeling because it was hot out. She went it off her way to be caring and outstanding. People! Go to Klatch spend your $ there, we don't want to lose a wonderful place like Coffee Klatch in our neck of the woods. Klatch staff thank you for being a bright spot in our neighborhood! I so dearly appreciate how wonderful you are.

This has been open about a year but the staff there are wonderful. The coffee is wonderful plain or with other additives. Pastries were delicious. Good place to take a break from driving on the I 15 Sierra in Fontana along side freeway.

What a wonderful coffee stop! The barista was super helpful and explained their options and even helped me get a great deal on the lemon bars I ordered. My Eskimocha was prepared perfectly just like I ordered. I'll definitely be back!

Super customer service, very attentive to the customers needs ..... The coffe is good but not great still a work in progress. I highly recommend this location.
