Fair Oaks Coffee House & Deli

This place is amazing. My wife and I visited today and had the most delicious sandwiches. I highly recommend. Get the California Bird. It's so good.

I went to Fair Oaks Coffee House with some girlfriends. It was a really cute intimate atmosphere. I ordered the Big Turkey Panini sandwich and it was absolutely delicious. We will be coming here again!

Favorite stop in downtown Fair Oaks. Great for coffee or pastries. Also love the deli style sandwiches at lunch. Nice outdoor seating area too!

Good coffee, lots of pastries, great turkey pesto sandwich, breakfast burrito bit uninspiring. Outdoor seating on the side is fabulous with a bit of a garden; atmosphere inside reminds me of old school midtown with classic rock playing.

This is one of our favorite places in the area. Years ago we found the little park across the street and had a picnic with fast food we bought elsewhere. Since discovering this place, it's the only place we frequent. The wild fancy roosters strolling about and crowing give it a special touch and the food and service are absolutely top notch.

A perfect place to relax while enjoying coffee, a pastry, or a meal. Located in Fair Oaks Village you can peacefully people watch or observe the roosters, your choice. The coffee house is cozy, but offers plenty of seating both inside and outside. I had the coffee cake with my coffee and both were delicious. The staff was polite and kept the tables clean and cleared which is always appreciated. WiFi is also available if you want to work on a laptop and work without distractions. I'd recommend a visit if you're meeting friends in the area.

A fun little deli in old Fair Oaks with friendly staff and semi-secluded outdoor seating area surrounded by lots of plants, free roaming chickens and plenty of shade.

It's one of my favorite places in the area to stop while we are out for a bike ride to enjoy a cold beer along with some delicious, healthy and filling sandwich options for a great price!!

Nice breakfast options and chill hang out spot. Not as fancy as the modern coffee shop but still a nice neighborhood vibe.
