Fair Oaks Coffee House & Deli

One of my favorite places, i enjoy the environment. Its cute, quaint, greeat customer service and delicious food. I love the selection of frozen yogurts too, always new flavors I havent tried anywhere before. 5 OUT OF 5

it is a bit expensive, but you get what you pay for. plus, it's a nice menu for a deli. I enjoy walking to the village and dropping by for a coffee from here and continuing to other shops. it's pretty peaceful and I really enjoy the waterfall on the side. friendly staff.

Excellent food. First time in old town Fair Oaks. Quaint. Quiet (except for all the roosters!). You can't even tell you're in the Sacramento metro area.

Great food, bomb ass sandwiches and killer breakfasts. Very fun place with music nights, local art on the walls and a center table that serves as the de facto city council. Great staff, great coffee drinks.

I've never ordered anything here other than coffee. This place does have a good atmosphere and a really good location, but the coffee is trash. If all you want is a decent cup of coffee, you're better off going to the gas station down the street.

Nice cafe. Great vanilla latte. They were are able to give me fat free milk and sugar free vanilla. Friendly staff. Also a deli but I didn't try the food.

I have not been back here since they made me wait a long time for my bagel. When I enquired about it, they stuffed the forgotten bagel in a sack and gave it to me. I got to my destination and opened the sack to find a completely inedible overcooked bagel. I guess they thought I wouldn't notice. I had one or two experiences here before that were ok.

A delightful deli/coffee shop!! Right in the heart of charming Old Fair Oaks, this coffee shop is a true Old Fair Oaks experiance. Great service, great food, great coffee!! A nice mid afternoon getaway...

This is an extremely awesome coffee house it is really relaxing especially when you're in the patio you will see chickens and roosters absolutely everywhere on top of the roof trees on the street amazing that traffic will actually stop to let the chickens cross now where have I heard that before but the coffee is absolutely delicious do you have sandwiches coffee cold drinks and many other things I look forward to come in here frequent I would personally give this place more stars if I could to me it is great place to chat with people but it is also of tranquil place
