Fair Oaks Coffee House & Deli

I've never been there before, but they made my favorite sandwich! Their prices are good, and the folks are friendly. I wouldn't have gone, except that they were right next to a shop that I go to every so often. I will likely go back.

Christina's ridiculous, their salads are amazing. They use shredded lettuce as it's the same lettuce they use on the sandwiches which they're known for. I personally prefer this cuz it's easier to eat and their salads aren't a whole pile of lettuce there actually a load of meat, cheese and vegetables and make my keto heart Happy.

This place has delicious deli & panini sandwiches. They also have very good coffee & pastries. There is outdoor seating which is nice as I often bring my dog with me.

Open mike, 2nd Tuesday each month. Teens to grandmothers. Some really good. Had a great sandwich while enjoying music. Chickens roam free in Fair Oaks village and may join you at your table.

Nice relaxing atmosphere inside & outside. I absolutely enjoy the staff here. Always friendly & cheerful! My sandwich was so big I had the other half the next day!

I come here for the village veggie. The food and the people that work here are fantastic and personable. Also, might be the best veggie wrap I've ate in a while, not to mention the oatmeal cookies and the chai tea w/ horchyatta whao game changer. Great outside eating area too if you like feeding the friendly roosters =P

The chicken serenade while we enjoyed our beverages was delightful! Very friendly staff that was super​ accommodating! Great spot to lounge and slow down from the rat race of the city.

The person who took our order was super friendly, however they messed up our order twice and the lady (long straight black hair thick red glasses) acted annoyed when I told her and was not patient at all with my Deaf parents. Food was ok, but I won’t be back thanks to her attitude.
