The young man who served me understood exactly what I wanted. I didn't want to guess about his menu oh, I wanted his opinion on what the best item I could purchase was. He displayed the ultimate in customer service, he answered the question! I was delighted with the euro and that pasta salad that came with it it was amazingly delicious and it wasn't too spicy which is what I talked to him about. Not referring to Chili's but referring to heavy other spices it was mildly spiced and it was very pleasant to eat both fresh when I first got it and the other half later on when it was cold. I rate The Establishment excellent and I rate the individual outstanding in his service to his business

Honestly the soup I had was kinda tasteless and I also had a poke bowl with noodles... Now, I hadn't ever had a poke bowl before but the Ramen noodles were a little under cooked and unfortunately I disliked that too... Normally I like everything however sadly I was disappointed..

This is my favorite comfort food in Eureka. It seems their customer base is primarily the elderly and disabled folks who live nearby, and they do an excellent job serving them with love and patience. The atmosphere doesnt scream "warm and unique" with the flourescent lights, sterile facade, and marshalls homegoods decor. But that's not why you're there. The food is delicious and features many local farm fresh veggies and meat. They might not be the cool hangout spot, but hit up the drive thru and get a salmon wrap and some soup to eat in the car at lunch. Or better yet, take a moment to sit inside and just be. Not every meal has to be shared, you can just enjoy nourishing food quietly. Consider it a way better, more love filled, mom and pop Panera here on the northcoast.
P.S. What ive heard of the owners only makes me love this place even more. Humble food for humble people. O

Always friendly staff and great service.
One of my go to spots for breakfast to go. They have gluten free breakfast burritos! Their paleo bowl is incredible also for folks doing low carb. It is also amazing if you add rice or potatoes if you need starch to go with it.
Good homemade soups and fresh salads of course but the options above are what I enjoy the most there.

Great soup salad and sandwiches. Quick service for eat in with a clean dining room and they have a drive through for to go orders. My favorite so far is the Thai chicken curry soup. It's delicious!

One of the few awesome experiences indoor dining, of course it was probably at their slow peak. Nonetheless it was a very good experience thank you!

So first step order a root beer oh I'm sorry we're out of root beer. Okay I will take a mint soda then, oh no we're out of that we don't even have it on the menu any longer we just haven't taken it off. Okay I'll take raspberry then. Okay that was a success. I will also take a meatloaf sandwich please. Okay everything good repeat it back to me sweet potato chips. Oh yeah by the way we don't take cards right now. Course I wasn't aware of this when the drive-thru line was empty behind me. Until we went through a process to find this out. Now I'm stuck in this line I wasted my entire lunch waiting for food that I can't even receive. Number one shouldn't you tell people you only take cash right now straight off the bat. And I understand being out of things but having stuff on the menu that you don't have anymore that's also ridiculous. Food was never great and okay at best. Then I'm sold on never going back due to many mistakes.

Always fresh and yummy. I've been multiple times. The staff is kind and professional. The food is always the appropriate temperature (hot things hot and cool things cool). The flavors and seasonings are strong and delicious. It's a bit expensive to eat there regularly, but very worth it as a treat or to go out with family and friends. I highly recommend.
