Onit Coffee

Super customer service. It was my first time here and I had a big order and the person taking it was really patient. She also gave me a stamp card and stamped it out without even asking if I wanted it. She was really polite and made my little girl really happy because she was the one that ordered. The drinks were unique and very tasty. Definitely a five star place.

I waited in a 45 minute line because none of the other vendors where allowed to sale drinks since onit coffee where the ones who put the car show event together (I heard this from a few booths I asked if they sold atleast water at) anyways I got a smoothie and my husband a lemonade, THEY WHERE WAYYYY TO SWEET! They had to of used an obscene amount of syrup flavor to get our drinks, one full of ice, and the other blended with ice, that sweet. They where NOT worth the $10.75 they charged for a medium drink. That's another thing, $10.75 FOR A MEDIUM DRINK🤯 so we paid $21.50 for 2 medium drinks...

Went with the family so we got a varied amount of drinks to expound upon. We ordered a plain cold brew, Chai Tea Iced, Strawberry Smoothie, and Oreo Shake.

I enjoyed the cold brew, always a dependable drink but some places somehow get it wrong (I'm looking at you s-bucks). My wife exclaimed that the Chai Tea was the BEST one she has ever had (a bit dramatic but I'll let it slide). I tried it myself and it did not taste watered down, which has been an issue at other shops we visited. The MIL liked the strawberry smoothie and so did my little one but neither was a big fan of the Oreo Shake. They still gave the Oreo shake 4 out of 5 stars, so I guess it wasn't that bad.

The service was great and the person that took our order was very professional. Additionally, he also stated that they were having a buy two get one drink free offer, so I walked out with a free drink which always makes me a happy camper. I definitely plan on visiting this place again. Also in these pandemic times, DON'T FORGET TO TIP!

If I could give a 0 I would.. worst customer service ever... poor door dasher had to wait 30 min and was so upset because walk up customers were more important... saw 2 other door dasher leave. Rude lady helping telling lady sorry you have to wait.. our walk up customers are more important. For a small company to say that some customers are more important then others is unacceptable and I will never go there again. Who wants to wait 30 min for coffee tea and ice cream?

I have always recieved great customer service and the drinks have been fantastic! I highly recommend trying them out!

Review is for a plain latte. Actually pretty decent espresso. Today it was a little underextracted so it was a little more acidic. However for the price of ~$4.50 and amount of coffee I got, I'm pleased. Pretty good for a food truck.

Very welcoming staff. Sweet truck right outside Precision MD. Their drinks are on point, a very generous size. Prices are very reasonable.

Go here to support local businesses. Great the staff well, they do a fantastic job. It may take time to get your drink done. Relax, it's not the end of the world. They want to give you the best product and that takes time.

The drinks are way too sweet for my taste, but the reason for the low stars is not because of that. I’ve talked to a few vendors at the markets they have and it sounds like they have markets without requiring food permits from their food vendors. I asked the city about this and they’ve apparently been warned before but still haven’t done anything about this. Please be careful if you go to their markets, they don’t require permits for food and you could get food illnesses from the other vendors they have here.

They also charge $125-$250 for a vendor spot which is actually 100x the price of most vendor spots at more popular market. They are a money grab with no care for public health.

My friend asked me to come here, this was amazing. They have a friendly service, so yummy with a lot of drinks in menu.

I was made aware of this location through NAMI Sacramento. Onit Coffee hosts fundraisers and offers part of the proceeds from each drink to the nonprofit or personal fundraiser for the month. I always appreciate any location that understand the necessity to support our community so I am often drawn to these locations - especially if they are small business (vs chains). It was a normal, awful hot day in Sacramento and I my mouth was wanting something light but still tasty. I decided this was a good day to try Onit. I was unfamiliar with the menu so the young woman offered to help. I told her what I was hankering and she offered their smoothies, et voila! I can't recall at this juncture what I ordered exactly, but I believe it was strawberry, banana and coconut with whipped cream. Yum. Definitely a spot I will return to when in Elk Grove.
