Support a local business! Dutch Bros/Starbucks don't care as much as this place does!

I’ve delivered supplies to this business numerous times and not once has the owner tipped! We are talking about 25lb bags of ice(usually 6-8) at a time, and the owner or manager Shadi never tips. For a business that keeps on thanking its customers for supporting minority owned businesses, they really don’t appreciate the hard work us local shoppers do for them. Not even the basic 5% tip that the system suggests! I take these batches and deliver to them because their order usually gets mixed in with another customer that tips at least 15%.

My first time at Onit I got the matcha latte and it was absolutely BOMB! Had a great experience ordering, the employees are so helpful! 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to try out a new coffee place, onit is it!

Onit coffee is the best shop in Sac since the day it open, very good customer service! Every worker greets me with love, especially Shadi, they make me feel like family there. Onit got all types of drinks one day I’ll feel like having a Frappuccino, then another day I’m feeling Onergy, and much more

These were the worst coffee drinks I have ever had!!!! I literally just poured 16+ dollars down my kitchen drain, as these were soooo gross!! I ordered a Carmel frappe for my son and it looked NOTHING like the photo. It was also horrible!! What a waste of money!!!!! Trust me, save your money and order from McDonald’s, if you don’t like Starbucks, at least they are not disgusting!! Man what a disappointment!

Shadi has done a great job from the concept of the brand, to the training of his employees. Not to mention the community outreach the company does! Elk Grove welcomes Onit, and I embrace it 👍🏼

I heard about this place from my brother and they blew me away. First the customer service is wonderful and then their drinks are so good! I love the Blue Raspberry Onergy drink! 10/10! Support local businesses!

Love this place!! Learned about them on instagram and decided to try them out. Their twilight mocha is delicious! Their customer service is great, very polite and just an over all fun environment. I am now a loyal customer😁

Sport. Please try the lemonade and the hot chocolate it’s the perfect amount of chocolate and milk. The ratio is awesome especially for the Christmas time.

Took 22 minutes to get 1 drink when it wasn't busy. They served someone who ordered after us first since they knew her. Oreo shake was okay. I did like that they have plenty of alternative milk options.
